The price-performance ratio is high and the surrounding facilities are very convenient. However, the security guard was too rigid in handling matters and made me feel bad. Everything else is fine. The hotel is great for the price. Good location across from a park with a lake. Beds were comfortable, and clean. The room was cleaned daily. Bottled water provided. The towels were soft and absorbent. The buffet breakfast, at 30 RMB was good. Coffee! A good selection of choices. You can fry your own eggs. Steamed buns and fried noodles. A good choice. Friendly staff. A convenience store right off the lobby. One peculiarity: The toilet was immediately behind the door, which always hit it when entering. The shower is small, and the water escapes to soak the bathroom floor... But towels provided. Toiletries provided are good.

It was my first time staying in this hotel and I felt very good. The service attitude was also very good, and the key was that they took the initiative to remind us and provided us with two free breakfasts. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time.

This hostel is just amazing. It’s the most social hostel I’ve been to in China. I made tons of friends here. Lots of games and activities available (pottery classes, DIY classes, shows, people play guitar and board games), there is also a pretty nice bar inside. Staff are friendly. It’s really clean as well. Very close to the city centre. I extended my stay twice now 🤩 The only thing that’s missing is there are no lockers to put your valuables in. There’s a shared luggage room but no lockers.

Hotel's location is perfect. You can go from hotel to Fuzimiao or turistic places by walk. Also hotel is clean and cheap. But there is one disadvantage. No window in the room

The location is amazing! Close to the metro and to the most important spots. The hostel was clean and easy to find. The only thing is that if you get the lowest bed then it’s basically sleeping on the floor.

Great service, really beautiful and in a pretty and convenient location (right next to Nanjing Wall and Laomendong and within walkibg distance of Confucius Temple). The lady at the front desk was wonderful, super friendly and upgraded our room for free when we got there, also helped recommend places to eat in the area. There is also a cat, 10/10. The hotel is close to Xuanwu Lake, and the MRT is close by. But other than that, the surrounding area seems rather quiet in terms of shopping and eateries. The hotel does have a well known chinese restaurant on the ground floor and you won't be disappointed with the fine offering there. Although the hotel is rather dated, it is well maintained and everything works well. Cleanliness was good and the staff were helpful. Buffet breakfast spread was good, although certain food sections could be improved - like better fried eggs ( I have seen better fried eggs at other hotel buffets) and offering cook on demand omelette. I would stay here again as I believe it is good value for money

The check-in experience was terrible, sharing it with everyone to avoid thunder. 1. The sewer stinks. When I just entered the room, there was a stench that became stronger and stronger. After checking, I found that it was the sewer water stinking. After staying overnight, people could be pickled. I called the front desk and changed to a room of the same level. I packed all my things and moved over. 2. The shower head in the room cannot be fixed. No matter how I adjust it, it can only spray water on the wall. The shower is very cold. I changed rooms halfway through the shower with my whole body wet. 3. Shampoo and conditioner are three-no products, no ingredients, no brand, no date. After washing my hair, it was extremely frizzy and dry. It may be due to my physical constitution. My body began to be allergic to hives. 4. After moving to the new room, the air conditioner failed and did not cool down for half a day. The corridor outside was much cooler than the room. I called the front desk again and sent a master over. It was 1:30 in the morning. I dressed up again and waited for the master. The master said that the corridor was indeed cooler than the room and it couldn’t be repaired. How about getting you an electric fan? I was so angry that I called the front desk again and asked for the check-out fee and upgrade to another room type. When the robot delivered the new room card, it was too late. It was almost two o'clock in the morning. I couldn't move my luggage anymore. I went to sleep in the third room on another floor in my pajamas. By the way, I lost my pearl earrings when I left. It may be careless when changing rooms. When I went there early the next morning, the aunt had already cleaned and found one of them. Forget it. There are also problems such as the toilet paper is so thin that it is transparent, the toothpaste is A-mei's toothpaste, the water in the shower will flow into the toilet, etc. In short, I am not satisfied with the hardware facilities and service response. I had a bad experience that day

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.
