Hotels Near Sanzang Pagoda in Nanjing

They did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible… they upgraded our room at no extra cost to allow us to have a beautiful view of the lake … they gave us some soft drinks after their restaurant and lounge were closed … amazing staff and convenient location right at the subway station… I didn’t have to use taxi or Didi at all during my whole trip… thanks !

The room is large, the facilities are complete, the location is very good, opposite the Xuanwu Lake Shili Long Dike, walk around the lake road, there is a Nanjing food stall, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play. This is a very nice hotel in Nanjing. It is right next to the scenic spot. You can go downstairs to the subway entrance in the morning, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. You can also play games with friends when you come back. The computer is very smooth, and the front desk service is also very good. There are also cosmetics and skin care products. Any needs can be answered in time, and the bed is very clean and comfortable. I fell asleep immediately after lying down. I will choose this hotel next time I come!

好店衞生很乾凈，前台服務特別好，晚上特別安靜，房建比較大，設施比較齊全，空調效果很好，WIFI比較快，房間裝修的很温馨，本來開的鐘點房，網購的還比較便宜，看着環境好，又續了個全天房，離公交站台很近，地鐵站也比較近，門口小吃很多，還有雞鳴湯包，特別好吃，離博物院走路十分鐘就到了，門口有明故宮公園，很不錯的酒店，性價比很高，停車也比較方便，還免費，很好的酒店，下次還會過來，住的很適合居家旅行居住，房間窗户很大，唐紅比較好，本來訂的小房間又加錢升級至那個大的，挺不錯的，酒店，酒店很好

It's actually not bad... The cleaning lady will also greet you, But there is indeed blood on the quilt...Maybe you need to...um...pay attention. In general, I will go again. The small road at the entrance is often congested, so if you want to take a taxi, remember to call a taxi in advance😂

Room design is different but cool. Cleaning was really good. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. Transportation to the metro station takes 10 minutes which is okay but not perfect for a city traveler. Lighting in the bathroom area is not good for wearing a make-up, it was a bit challenging. We stayed 2 nights for a Nanjing trip, everything in general was okay.

The location was excellent, and the open facilities were very good. I understand it's a ”China thing” that prevents outdoor swimming pools from being open to the public other than July - August - but it's ridiculous and one that a 5-star hotel should change. You advertise having an indoor and outdoor pool; however, 85% of the entire year, it is closed.... so how can you say you have an outdoor pool? It's false advertising. It was 32 degrees this weekend and perfect weather for the outdoor pool, but you didn't have it open - thus, I took away two stars on facilities. The service in the restaurant was EXCELLENT on the 45th floor, extremely good and well worth the 5stars; the front desk people also on the 1st floor incredible; however, the service in the (the indoor!!!) swimming pool was extremely average - feeling like being served from student intern vs. any 5star customer service at all. The service in the bar on the 78th floor was highly average. also, for 5star, with us having to ask for drinks and not a single smile when serving the drinks, while the 78th-floor views are breathtaking, the service was let down. Last but not least, our parents-in-law traveled with us and rang the front desk for help with the TV. They rang twice, and they were waiting for someone to help them. I have stayed at Intercontinental Hotels in other locations, and the service is always very good. While some departments at this location were good, they needed to be more balanced by the inconsistency of the other departments.

It's a pity that there is no coffee machine, but the kind that is brewed by a coffee pot. A little disappointed. The butter is in bulk, not the boxed Anchor cream. I am not satisfied with this. Hygiene: The hygiene is also very good. Facilities: A little old, but the maintenance is OK, the air conditioning is also very powerful, and the air conditioning is very sufficient. The shower water is very big. But the bathroom exhaust fan is too loud. In addition, I was itchy all over my body when I covered the quilt with my upper body naked, and finally I had to put on a shirt to get better. I have stayed in many hotels of all sizes, but this situation is rarely encountered. I don't know if it is related to the detergents used by the hotel. Environment: You can hear the sound of trains passing by at night. Although it is double-glazed, it is too close to the train station after all. Tourists who sleep light should pay attention.

Awesome location and extraordinary services!! Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!

Warm service, good location, quality toiletries and amenities, bright and comfortable room. I would give it a 6 star. Things to highlight: •Dyson hair dryer •Nespresso machine •Soft drinks and biscuits that were replenished everyday • Quality bathrobe, bedroom slippers • bedsheets feels like a 900TC quality • AI butler in the room • Vanity dresser with mirror • Massage shower head with good water pressure • Warm bidet toilet that was much appreciated during our stay in winter • Complimentary fruits, dessert and porridge at the lobby every night • 5 mins walk to Nanjing South Station, both train and metro station are located at the same station. • Lots of food options surround the hotel. I highly recommend UrCove by Hyatt.
