This is considered a resort-style hotel. nice environment. There is a big garden. Next to it is the 1912 Cultural District and the lake. I think it will be more beautiful in spring, summer and autumn. The rooms are relatively spacious. I don’t know if there are family rooms, I forgot to ask. The breakfast is more Chinese style and the quality seems to be pretty good. Especially the noodles! It was Laba Festival that day, and there was Laba porridge. The restaurant service can clean the tableware quickly. Although this is a must in my opinion, there are very few hotels that can actually do this. Even five-star hotels in China cannot do this, which is quite sad. All in all recommended. Attached is a photo of the restaurant view. In fact, the hotel garden is very large, this is just one area.

Check in and breakfast were good. The room was clean BUT so old. I can see that the restaurant and hallways have been refurbished but the rooms are not 5*. I’m quite annoyed that I booked a 5* hotel to relax and it wasn’t of the best quality. The bath was cracked, old tiling, bad seals. I saw a review response from the hotel saying that they have refurbished rooms… these are the rooms customers expect when they book a 5* hotel. Can’t say I’ll go back again.

The location is very near just 2 mins away from railway station but worse was room size and amenities. Being a 5 star hotel you ought to believe the staff would know how to converse in english but very limited knowledge of enligh. Secondly the rooms were small and air conditioning was not working. For 2 days straight i had to call the technician to fix the issue. Since it was raining so temperature was little ok otherwise in warm condition i woukd have suffered. Overall they have much scope for improvement.

Location (BaijiaHu) was great for the area we chose to stay in. Near to malls, food, and activities to do with kids such as boats around the lake and a Ferris wheel. Price was more affordable compared to the Crowne Plaza and Marriott in the same area. Best view of the lake area!

The external damage to the office chair (does not affect use, can be ignored with love), but the window handle is gone and it should not be repaired in time. There are two areas of dissatisfaction. One is the air conditioner (it can't be cooled at all. P5 has been turned on for two consecutive days to the lowest room temperature. I can't cover myself with a quilt at night when it's hot. The bathroom is like a sauna). The second one is the kettle. (really dirty) The breakfast is rich in variety, clean and hygienic, and tastes good. The waffles are really good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cooking tea by the stove is subject to the actual product, and it’s fine as a snack.
