If the card is picked up by a passerby, come and take away everything in the room. What safety is there? 2. There are a lot of mosquitoes, and a mosquito-repellent coil heater will not work at all. After being bitten by mosquitoes and waking up in the middle of the night, I asked the front desk if they could get an extra heater. The answer was that it would not work. I was bitten again and woke up at 2:30 in the morning. I had to ask them for 2 more mosquito coils. Fortunately, Ctrip came forward to negotiate the next day, and the hotel agreed to provide another heater. 3. In ordinary hotels, if you lose your room card or lock it in the room, they will make another one for you. In this hotel, they will not give you a new one. Instead, after you tell the front desk, the front desk will coordinate with a security guard. Help you clean the elevator and wait there when you get to your floor. They will send another attendant to open the door for you. If you are unlucky and happen to meet them taking over, just wait for a while. 4. One thing I like is that they provide plastic slippers in the room. This is very convenient. Finally, let me tell you my opinion. The waiters are enthusiastic, but the key is that there is a problem with the hotel management. This results in a poor guest experience.

This is a very nice hotel in Nanjing. It is right next to the scenic spot. You can go downstairs to the subway entrance in the morning, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. You can also play games with friends when you come back. The computer is very smooth, and the front desk service is also very good. There are also cosmetics and skin care products. Any needs can be answered in time, and the bed is very clean and comfortable. I fell asleep immediately after lying down. I will choose this hotel next time I come!

The hotel is very near to the subway and some universities. Overall the room was nice and clean, no smoke and other smells that disturbs.

The hotel is a rather old-fashioned one, despite the room design, the staff were super duper nice and friendly. It would be better if the hotel can provide room service until midnight. There were not much meituan food choices after 1100, it would be great if the hotel can provide some refreshing room service food at night. On the other hand, we thought it would be an good idea if the hotel can use roborts to deliver the take aways ( meituan ) to the rooms. it was pretty cold and kinda insecure for customers to get down stairs and take their orders at the entrance. Lastly, we really wanna thanks the staff as we forgot to bring our cards down stairs, it was more than delighted when the staff arranged a supplemental card for us. In a forseable future, this hotel will always be my first priority when visitng Namjing.

Always a good stay. Only one concern is the odour in the room what i assume is the sanitary system. I think the building is quite old and depreciation has taken its toll on infrastructure. Aside from this the lounge is great and the guest services manager is always obliging and very courteous every time I visit. Breakfast was noticeably better this time too. More condiments and food quality seemed fresher too.Many thanks.

Pretty much incredible hotel and service, allowed early check and then upgraded, super quick check in. Room was huge, panoramic views of the city, really nice and clean with great amenities. Decent gym and really cool pool again with a great view. Will stay here again for sure

This whole season is newly opened in July this year, very, very new, within 15 minutes walk from the North Square of the South High-speed Railway Station. First of all, the front desk attitude is very good. At the beginning, the check-in front desk will take the initiative to pour a glass of juice and pass it to you. The check-in process is also very fast and the experience is good. The room is large in size! This point kills the whole season. The two beds are 1.5m. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Maybe because it is a new store, the bedding is very clean. The bathroom is even better, and the rain space is super large and very comfortable. There are four washing machines and dryers in the laundry area. I really don’t have to queue up to wash my clothes. There are also children’s hangers and children’s laundry detergent next to it. The fitness equipment is also very new, and there is a TV to watch! Waiting for clothes will not be boring at the same time. There is a late-night porridge from 9 to 11 pm. There are a lot of side dishes. Sitting in the restaurant by the window, drinking a bowl of hot porridge and enjoying the traffic at the South Station outside the window, this moment is relaxing. The breakfast in the morning is also very rich! Mainly clean, fresh, and timely supply. Soy milk is said to be freshly ground. When checking out, the front desk will also enthusiastically give two small bottles of water for guests to carry. In short, the details are really good. I lived in Atour for the first time and really left a good impression on me. Finally, let's talk about the only bad thing! It's because the hotel is too new! The smell of furniture in the room is still quite obvious. It is still a little mindful to bring children to live, so I open the window at night to sleep with the air conditioner. Even if the room is equipped with an air purifier, it feels not great.

Very nice hotel, clean, spacious and functional room, good service, nice staff. 10 minutes by walk from subway station, and 2 stations only from Nanjing south railway station. Restaurants and bars very close. The fitness center is quite nice too Very satisfied.
