The hotel is located near the lake, nice and quiet, with many nice little shops and restaurants around. The hotel itself is a different story, it's a quite busy hotel, the staff doesn't really give a damn to service, all they want is to finish with you and get the next on the line. The only exception is perhaps the Chinese restaurant on 4th floor, a young waitress was the only service staff in the hotel has a sense of what ”service” means.
