The room hygiene was okay, but the shower cap was not prepared. I called the front desk and it was delivered promptly. criticize: When I checked in, I asked twice whether the parking lot was free. I hope that hotel staff can have systematic training on this issue. When customers ask whether the parking lot is free, they can directly tell us that we need to get a ticket before driving out. 家裡空調壞了，臨時在上班通勤地鐵站附近定了一晚，本身價格便宜對住宿條件也沒報什麼希望，但是登記完以後房卡還沒激活又跑下樓辦了一回，35.36度的天以及晚上11點了，實在有點令人生氣！好不容易休息了，酒店的馬桶沖水後聲音巨大而且要響好半天才停，第二天還要上班這些也就勉強接受了，沒想到快12點了，隔壁房間有兩個瘋批男女又吵又鬧，吼了最起碼半個小時了也沒聽到有工作人員幹涉，就打電話請工作人員來溝通了，溝通幾番下來還是不見消停，前台就給我們換了個離得遠點的房間，好在終於聽不到吵架聲了房間環境也比原來的好一點，在接近凌晨1點前終於睡上了覺！

安德門地鐵1口出，大概走10分鐘就到了，在馬路邊，一共三層，如果睡眠不是特別好，那麼辦入住的時候千萬要跟前台説不要靠馬路的房間，不然一晚上都是馬路的聲音，四周空調外機的聲音。衞生總體還可以，但是床邊的垃圾沒有清掃乾淨，可以忍吧。酒店工作人員服務態度很好，這點還是值得表揚的。茶顏悦色就在附近，點個外賣很快就到。

There are a lot of side dishes. Sitting in the restaurant by the window, drinking a bowl of hot porridge and enjoying the traffic at the South Station outside the window, this moment is relaxing. The breakfast in the morning is also very rich! Mainly clean, fresh, and timely supply. Soy milk is said to be freshly ground. When checking out, the front desk will also enthusiastically give two small bottles of water for guests to carry. In short, the details are really good. I lived in Atour for the first time and really left a good impression on me. Finally, let's talk about the only bad thing! It's because the hotel is too new! The smell of furniture in the room is still quite obvious. It is still a little mindful to bring children to live, so I open the window at night to sleep with the air conditioner. Even if the room is equipped with an air purifier, it feels not great.

I came here for the second time. The environment is great. The ordinary room is also spacious and smart. It takes only one second to get hot water for showering and washing hands. I really like this, especially in winter. I had breakfast this time. There were many types of robots delivering takeout. I turned on the air conditioner to dry it and also sent a humidifier. It was really welcoming.

It's still ok. It's relatively close to where I'm going on a business trip. I upgraded the room and it was quite comfortable. There was breakfast. I will probably stay here again next time. I hope the next upgrade will be better
