The newly opened apartment hotel is really good. The front desk lady is full of stars. The room comes in and forgets to take pictures. Like the reference picture, the hygiene is very clean and the living is very comfortable. It is recommended!

The poor hygiene and old facilities are completely unrelated to the sign of a four-star hotel. It is understandable that the hotel is a bit old, but the maintenance is too poor. The hygiene of many old hotels is better than this one. Since the facilities are old, attention should be paid to hygiene so that guests can stay at ease. Seeing the layer of dust on the window, the scenery outside is not very clear, and the edge of the wash basin is moldy. There are a lot of hair and other things on the carpet, and it has not been vacuumed clean. The free bottled water on the table was not full, one bottle was more and one bottle was less, I dare not drink it. There seemed to be not many food restaurants nearby. When I stayed at the hotel, the hotel air conditioner was undergoing seasonal maintenance. There was no air conditioner, only ventilation. Fortunately, the weather was neither cold nor hot, otherwise I don’t know how to endure it. If you are greedy for convenient transportation and have low requirements for accommodation, you can make do with one night. If you want to stay comfortably, it is recommended to choose another hotel.

The architectural design is full of characteristics: the small white building and the small red building form an interesting contrast. The hotel room is spacious and square, clean and hygienic, and the service is thoughtful!

Had a pleasant staying experience in Mercure hotel Nanjing Xuan Wu Lake station. Free upgraded my room to a more spacious room. Breakfast buffet is nice. And also the frontline staffs are friendly & helpful. Will definitely consider Mercure Hotel for my China accommodation in the near future.

Take the high-speed rail to Nanjing Station, then take Line 1 for one stop to Hongshan Zoo. Turn right after exiting the subway and walk 500.600 meters. There is a pharmacy and Lawson downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It's only a 10-15 minute walk from Hongshan Zoo. The hotel's location is very good. Let's talk about the service. When you check in, you will be served with tea. The room is clean and tidy, and many bottles of mineral water are given in the room. When you ask questions at the front desk on the first floor, they will proactively give you warm mineral water, which is very kind. I will choose to stay here next time if I have the chance.
