This place is really good! The room was clean and the breakfast was delivered directly to the door, which was super convenient. The traffic is also very convenient, there is a bus stop when you go out. The most important thing is that it is very close to the Drum Tower Hospital and there is no fear of emergency. The waiter's attitude is super good, highly recommended to everyone!

The location was excellent, and the open facilities were very good. I understand it's a ”China thing” that prevents outdoor swimming pools from being open to the public other than July - August - but it's ridiculous and one that a 5-star hotel should change. You advertise having an indoor and outdoor pool; however, 85% of the entire year, it is closed.... so how can you say you have an outdoor pool? It's false advertising. It was 32 degrees this weekend and perfect weather for the outdoor pool, but you didn't have it open - thus, I took away two stars on facilities. The service in the restaurant was EXCELLENT on the 45th floor, extremely good and well worth the 5stars; the front desk people also on the 1st floor incredible; however, the service in the (the indoor!!!) swimming pool was extremely average - feeling like being served from student intern vs. any 5star customer service at all. The service in the bar on the 78th floor was highly average. also, for 5star, with us having to ask for drinks and not a single smile when serving the drinks, while the 78th-floor views are breathtaking, the service was let down. Last but not least, our parents-in-law traveled with us and rang the front desk for help with the TV. They rang twice, and they were waiting for someone to help them. I have stayed at Intercontinental Hotels in other locations, and the service is always very good. While some departments at this location were good, they needed to be more balanced by the inconsistency of the other departments.

This is my first time staying at such a satisfactory hotel. The room is not big, which gives me a different experience. The girl who registered at the front desk was very gentle and patient. She recommended delicious food and walking routes. The hotel has a refrigerator where you can store your food. If you need ice, the bed is very comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and there is a free and delicious breakfast. There is a washing machine and a place to dry clothes. There are places to eat and play nearby, and it is very convenient to take the subway. You can refer to it.

The location of the hotel is not difficult to find. It is surrounded by residential buildings and snack restaurants. It feels safe! It is about 10 minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, Daxinggong. It is very convenient to take the subway to various attractions. I booked a single room because I came out alone. The room is small but the facilities are complete. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower is super comfortable! The hygiene is also good. The front desk lady is kind and friendly, and the service is thoughtful. The only small regret is that there is no elevator in the building. Girls still need to trouble the staff to help with heavy luggage. Other than that, everything is good. I will stay here again when I come to Nanjing next time!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Service was professional and quick. I like the fact that this hotel is a tall building and from my room there was a nice view on the city. Hotel is located close to the metro station which is very convenient.

The hotel is very near to the subway and some universities. Overall the room was nice and clean, no smoke and other smells that disturbs.

The hotel room is hygienic and clean, and the lady at the front desk is responsive to all requests. The surrounding transportation is relatively convenient. It is about a ten-minute walk from the Gulou subway station. It is convenient to travel around and there are many snacks.

This is a very nice hotel in Nanjing. It is right next to the scenic spot. You can go downstairs to the subway entrance in the morning, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. Pretty much incredible hotel and service, allowed early check and then upgraded, super quick check in. Room was huge, panoramic views of the city, really nice and clean with great amenities. Decent gym and really cool pool again with a great view. Will stay here again for sure
