The room facilities are technologically advanced, with smart toilets and automatic flushing. The little housekeeper follows the instructions to turn on the lights, curtains, and TV: it is very important that the sheets and bedding are clean. The girl at the front desk had a good attitude and smiled throughout the whole process. I forgot to bring my mobile phone charger when I left the store. My aunt cleaning found it and immediately called me. She happened to be on the third street and the second alley not far from the store, so she took it back. Thank you very much. The only thing is that it is quite far from the subway, but the price is affordable, and it is newly opened. The price/performance ratio is very good, and it also includes meals and breakfast varieties.

Very conveniently located with the metro just beside the hotel and the high speed train station and the airport bus service is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. Plenty of eateries nearby however do not expect too much from the breakfast provided by the hotel. The reception staffs and the chambermaid are very helpful and friendly and room is clean, will go back to the same hotel if visiting Nanning again.

The room on the first floor has no window for ventilation, and there is a musty smell when opening the door. There was a lot of dust and hair balls where the bath towels were placed, there were a lot of tiny particles on the bed, there were rats on the sink, and there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. My daughter was bitten all over her body and had to wake up early in the morning and take a shower before she could go back to sleep. I also woke up with my legs covered in bruises.

Service: The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off. The lady at the front desk is gentle and attentive, and the pick-up and drop-off master is also polite and enthusiastic. Including the aunts in the breakfast room are polite, gentle and very heart-warming, especially their breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock, which is perfect for sleeping in. In short, this Hanting restaurant should have been upgraded. The experience is very good. I will choose this restaurant next time I come!
