The hotel has a good environment and a superior location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. It was a very satisfactory stay. Especially when it was raining and I didn't bring an umbrella because I was holding a baby, a beautiful waitress held an umbrella and sent me over. Her shoulders were soaked in the rain. I was very moved!

我們是一家四口來武夷山旅遊，一行兩間房，長者家一家，我和妹妹一間，想着如果前台看到這類訂單，應該會給安排同層隔壁房間吧，但是並沒有，雖然同一樓層，但是不同棟，因為我們不懂，前台也沒有説，然後致電前台是否可以換房，前台説儘量不要哦，因為這個房間是有為咱們精心準備好的呢，我想説算了算了，長者家也説不要折騰了，直到晚上我們回來，發現長者家那間房所謂的精心準備好的，裏面就2瓶礦泉水，我們訂的時候是可以免費享受迷你吧，迷你吧是空的，我致電前台，前台還質疑我，讓我看看冰箱裏有沒有。。。。。。。。房間內的空調也是聲音很大，晚上睡覺開個空調轟轟轟的。。。。完全沒辦法睡，無奈衹能關空調。
關於早餐廳，種類品種太少了，熱菜就4個，豆腐，筍，冬瓜，南瓜（就剩兩三個了），外加2個主食，白粥，小米粥配鹹菜，吃得最多的應該就是蔬菜沙拉了😤😤😤
在這個酒店，我沒有感受到服務，可能他們生意好，不缺OTA客户吧，我們早上見到陌生人，一同來住這個酒店，早上見到面都會説一聲早上好，早餐廳我沒有聽到服務員和我們説“早上好”，再來，煮麪的那個廚師，戴個耳機，跟他説話，也是一臉沒睡醒的樣子，那個耳機不是工作耳機，就是自己的耳機，還有門口禮賓的大叔，也是戴個耳機，前台的小哥，在那坐着，看着手機，笑得可開心了，直到我走到他跟前，都還沒發現我。。。。。。而且我問他A問題，他回答我B問題🤢
可能我自己也是做酒店的，所以比較嚴格吧，但是此次的出行，酒店這塊，我是非常不滿意的。。。。。。
