"Facilities: My daughter loved cycling around the resort; it's so big, and she had a blast. The toiletries provided were L'Occitane. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's a garden-style hotel with distant mountains and nearby water, creating an artistic and serene space. Service: Prompt and responsive. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. For dinner, hotel guests are exempt from the 10% service charge. There are free craft activities daily, and we also tried a pottery class for a fee. Originally, I couldn't book the Wuyi Mountains Nine-Bend Stream bamboo raft tour for the next day on Ctrip, and the package with a tour guide seemed a bit misleading. But when I went to the hotel's tour desk, they helped me secure tickets, and we also got to enjoy the discount for the children's sightseeing car."

"Extremely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel; both the accommodations and service are five-star. We had butler service throughout our stay, and the staff always helped with our luggage when we entered or exited. There's also a large outdoor swimming pool, and you can see the beautiful Mt. Dawang from the window. Since we had a child, the butler thoughtfully extended our check-out time so the child could rest longer. This is a genuine review, not a promotion."

The bedside was dusty and the breakfast was average. I consoled myself that the room had a good view and I could watch the fireworks while lying in bed at night. Otherwise, I would have regretted it even more."

The public area, the tea rooms and the garden are decorated in a traditional Chinese style. "Having visited Wuyishan four times, this is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at. It's a new hotel, and everything from the room amenities and cleanliness to the toiletries was superb. Our room on the 3rd floor directly faced the mountains, offering fantastic views. It was lovely to wake up, sit on the balcony, and enjoy tea while taking in the scenery. The hotel also has a large swimming pool, which is perfect for families with children. The lady at the front desk provided warm and enthusiastic service. This is my absolute favorite hotel in Wuyishan!"

Nestled in the National Tourist Resort, the hotel boasts elegant architecture and a stunning garden with beautiful scenery at every turn, lush greenery, and a tranquil atmosphere – truly a garden hotel hidden amidst the mountains and rivers. The rooms are decorated in a modern minimalist style, with excellent smart facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water is consistently good, making a relaxing bath after a long day incredibly soothing. The service throughout our stay was incredibly warm and attentive. Even with our late-night arrival, the air conditioning was already on, and a dedicated staff member guided us to our room. Any request was met promptly, truly a thoughtful concierge-style service. The dining options are also commendable. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, with fresh and authentic local specialties. The Chinese restaurant serves exquisite dishes with mountain views. The facilities are top-notch, including a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a kids' club. There's even an EV charging station and free parking, making it suitable for both business and family travelers. The location is superb, within walking distance of the Ancient Song Street and a convenient taxi ride to all major scenic spots. It's a peaceful retreat while still being close to the action, offering exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuyishan!"

"The hotel is located in a remote area, surrounded by a small tea business district. The hotel facilities are relatively old. The room layout is not what I like. The fish tank and the platform similar to the kang head are facing the bed, which feels out of place. The breakfast variety is average, but it is basically enough to eat, and there is not much choice. The overall cost performance is average."

"The front desk lady staff in charge was extremely rude and unhelpful. She even mocked us for being unable to book a car because we did not sign up for the hotel’s attraction package through their tour provider. We declined the tour offers as we had already purchased the same tickets ourselves on Trip.com at a significantly lower price, yet we were pressured to cancel our existing bookings without any guarantee of a refund. Additionally, the water refill station had run out, and we were told that no one was available to refill it. The so‑called free transportation service advertised in the booking was misleading — instead, guests are repeatedly pushed to purchase overpriced tour packages."
