They offer unlimited complimentary tea, quail eggs, biscuits, and candies, which the kids absolutely loved. They also gave each of us a fan, which was really practical for sightseeing. We were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade to one with a small courtyard, perfect for relaxing and drying clothes. Our stay was incredibly comfortable."

"This hotel is ideally located in the Wuhyishan Holiday resort, by the river, next to many restaurants and tea houses. Some rooms have views of the beautiful mountains. The rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable and the hotel offers many fun activities such as tea tasting and fan painting as well as amenities such as a laundry room. The staff answered all of our queries and helped even though we had to use translation apps as we did not speak mandarin. Very welcoming, we enjoyed our stay here a lot!"

"This hotel was an accidental booking for me. I was visiting Wuyi Mountain for three days and two nights, and originally hadn't booked the Vienna International. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I switched to the Vienna International the night before my departure. To my surprise, it turned out to be an amazing discovery. This was my first trip to Wuyi Mountain, and I hadn't had much time to plan beforehand due to work. When I called for information the night before leaving, the receptionist transferred me to the tourism department. The staff there patiently answered my questions and arranged for the tram pickup service – that's my first positive point. Upon arrival on the first day, the driver was punctual and even helped us book discounted tickets for the 'Impression Dahongpao' show – that's my second positive point. My first impression of Vienna International was that although the facilities and decor were a bit old-fashioned, it was exceptionally clean. Moreover, all the staff, from their appearance and demeanor to their habits, exuded a sense of cleanliness and approachability – that's my third positive point. During check-in, the front desk staff had a friendly chat with us and even offered complimentary tea samples – that's my fourth positive point. The room was clean and tidy, maintaining the same old-fashioned style throughout. There weren't many frills, but it was practical and spotless. There were three of us on this trip, and we booked a room with three beds to ensure a good night's rest. This type of room at Vienna International is perfect for families, parents with children, or friends traveling together. The shower also had excellent water pressure – that's my fifth positive point. At mealtimes, we had so many choices, so we decided to try the restaurant at this surprising hotel. To our even greater surprise, the hotel restaurant exceeded all expectations. Because of its cleanliness, hygiene, and delicious food, we ended up having three main meals at the hotel restaurant. I particularly want to commend Ms. Xiaoli, who first assisted us, and all the staff over the past few days – the serving aunties, the dish-clearing aunties, and the chef (I'm guessing he's a man?) for their incredible culinary skills. Every dish at the restaurant was delicious, not in an overly seasoned way, but in a way that made each bite truly enjoyable. When traveling, you often feel like you've eaten a lot of junk food, but here, I truly felt the warmth of home cooking and human connection. Why do I say 'human connection'? All the restaurant staff were clean and friendly, like a neighborly sister or aunt. My companions and I remarked during dinner that the staff working at this hotel restaurant seemed genuinely happy, which was evident from their interactions with us and with each other. Employees who are friendly to customers and can flexibly meet our needs instead of being cold and rigid must love their jobs and the hotel itself. This made me think that the leadership who fosters such employees must also be exceptional people. The restaurant is my sixth major positive point. I'm a very lazy person, so it really takes a lot for me to sit and type out a review word by word while waiting for my train. Nowadays, people look for value for money. In my eyes, the value for money at Vienna International is simply outstanding. I'll definitely be back!"
