The hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the Chongyang Stream walking path, and just a one-minute walk to the No. 9 bus stop. Behind the hotel, there's a bustling food street, making transportation and dining incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, we received a complimentary room upgrade; the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The service was warm and friendly. They even offer hot desserts at 8 PM, which was perfect for a comforting and delicious treat after watching the 'Impression Dahongpao' show. Our stay was fantastic!

Absolutely loved Old Street 5 Living, so many surprises! And so much heart! We stayed for three nights straight, and the housekeeper was incredibly dedicated, attentive, and thoughtful – truly top marks. The two craft activities were also really fun and creative. The front desk had all sorts of thoughtful amenities, which really came in handy in a pinch. The environment is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We often gathered in the guesthouse's courtyard to chat and share meals – it was truly a wonderful experience.

We loved our stay at this fabulous hotel. Location, service, amenities, facilities, cleanliness and the hotel decorations especially our room is so nice. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend another night. Unfortunately the room is booked. Thank you so much for a great stay. Btw the supper they serve is excellent. The entire room including the toilet was very clean and looked almost brand new.
It was easy to get to the hotel from Nanpingshi Station by taking K1 and following the directions sent by the staff. There are also free local buses very near the hotel to get to the bamboo raft pier and to the scenic area south entrance. There are also many eateries around.
One staff member was particularly helpful - she showed me how to use a WeChat app to find the bus stops/routes/timing which was very useful in helping get around and also to rush down to the bus stop on my departure day so I could catch K1 back to Nanpingshi Station. She was wearing a light purple jacket (not sure if her name is Xiao Yang?) and the other staff could certainly do with her enthusiasm in helping and engaging the guests.

I had an amazing time staying in the hotel. It's located next to the river across the wuyishan national park. My room has an excellent view of the mountain. I really enjoyed the activities in the hotel, the 8 pm free sweet soup, and everything about it!

The hotel entrance is not visible from the main road. To reach the hotel, it will be easier to use Ancient Clouds No one, as the location when traveling by taxi or Didi car. Once you reach the main road to the doorstep of ancient clouds no. 1, alight and walk straight to a small alleyway and turn left. The hotel is just 2 hotels away.
The hotel lobby was cosy and their room size was spacious.
Opposite the dropped off point of the main road, there is a popular local restaurant that serves local authentic cuisine which is a must try.
Also, there is a night market street name San Gu jie 三姑街 where you find the real local food that doesn't hurt your wallet.
Overall, this hotel is recommended.
