Plant dyeing/lacquer fan making (choose one of two): very immersive experience

I booked this hotel because of the view of Dawangfeng Peak from the room. However, I arrived at night and left early the next morning, so I didn't get to enjoy the scenery much. Overall, it's pretty good value for money, and it's quiet at night. The big bear in the room felt a bit odd to me, maybe it's just my personal preference, so I covered it with the bed runner as soon as I got there.

Facilities: The facilities were super clean, and they had a washer and dryer, plus a tea set right in the room! Service: The front desk staff were all lovely! They greeted me warmly every day, and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Service: They upgraded me to a room with a view for free! Super nice! There was complimentary sweet soup every day, and they'd notify us in advance in the group chat. Any issues I raised were addressed very promptly. They even had foot-soaking tubs! Soaking my feet after a hike was incredibly relaxing. Plant rubbings/lacquer fan making (choose one): I chose the plant rubbings – a really unique experience!

The service was excellent! The day before our arrival, they called to confirm our check-in details and even asked if we'd like some local tips. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a room with great natural light and views for free. The environment was lovely, and the facilities were complete. We stayed two nights, and on the second day when we were out, housekeeping cleaned the common areas, which was great – they didn't touch our belongings. They also offered desserts in the evening, and ordering takeout was very convenient.

Excellent stay! They even provided snacks, and the hawthorn candy was delicious. They tried their best to accommodate all our requests, and the location is fantastic. The room was spacious. Even though it's in a busy area, it wasn't noisy at all. It got really quiet at night once the crowds thinned out.
