For the price paid, I expect at least a good WiFi, but they use the Free_JapanKyoto and it doesn't work well. Check in at 3pm is too late. Employees doesn't speak english at all but try their best. Parking is available. The room is nice and it has all what you need. The toilets and showers were clean. Gaz station is near and Kayabuki No Sato is also not far by car. Nothing to do around at night.

Our stay was amazing! The location in the Japanese countryside is absolutely beautiful, and the ryokan itself was amazing as well. The rooms were comfortable, the baths were relaxing, and the food prepared by the staff in front of you was delicious. Everyone there was very friendly towards us as well, I would happily go again.

The eldest sister and the old lady were very enthusiastic in their service. Of course, the focus of a restaurant should be to eat food. Unfortunately, we only had breakfast. We are the only group of guests in the entire hotel’s 7 rooms, so we’re all reserved haha~ It is a very traditional Japanese inn. There is no toilet or bathroom in the room. Guests who are not used to it should think carefully. But it is really a special experience!

Thanks to the staff at the B&B. They saw that I hadn’t gone back at 7pm, so they figured I should take the last shuttle bus from the train station back to the B&B. Since it was starting to get dark at 5 o'clock, they deliberately pulled out a car to pick me up. Although the journey was not long, they saw that I was a woman and would save me from walking around in an unfamiliar field environment, so they offered to pick me up. On the day I left, the B&B took me to the station. They were very honest. Knowing that I rushed back to Kyoto early and would not have breakfast, they gave me a refund (this was breakfast that I added at my own expense and was not included when booking the room).
