Mercure Nantes Centre - Grand Hôtel

The room has everything you need, very clean and tidy. The breakfast is good, The parking lot is hard to find, especially for the first time, it is not easy to find in and out, but the front desk clerk is very patient and gave the navigation address and exit guide route map, but for foreigners, it is really hard to find for the first time.

The employees are not very enthusiastic. The room is very basic compared to the price paid. Breakfast is not very impressive. You should add some mushrooms sautéed in butter to accompany Scrambled Egg.

Very nice and comfortable. Regarding invoicing, it was a disaster, 3 lines, 2 errors. Almost €100 billed unduly.

The hotel only takes a deposit from a bank card. Returns take a long time. There was no hairdryer in the room. I had to ask 3 times and only on the third time did they bring it. For 1 night maximum. But I won’t stop again. The service is not very good.

Hotel ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing you to visit everything on foot and with parking. On the other hand, the bedding is not at all level (thin and very hard mattress), it is the same bedding found in Ibis ** hotels. The sheets are rough and too small (it hardly envelops the entire bed), the cushions small and without volume, the duvet thin and very small. This point really needs to be changed, currently there is absolutely no bedding worthy of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are rather small.

J'ai été reçu royalement au Mercure Centre Nantes Grand Hôtel. Arrivé par un train du soir, j'ai été accueilli après quelques minutes de marche. Le hall est moderne et confortable, aux meilleurs standards des hôtels d'affaires internationaux. J'ai été surclassé dans une suite, où m'attendait une belle boîte de biscuits locaux. Le genre de petite attention qui après un long voyage fait très plaisir. La chambre était bien équipée, avec des produits Nuxe dans la salle de bain, des peignoirs, machine Nespresso et boissons fraîches comprises. Le petit déjeuner m'a été servi en chambre sans surcoût (le petit point d'amélioration peut être le pain et les viennoiseries). Je suis reparti de bonne heure, je regrette presque de ne pas avoir profité davantage de cet hôtel. J'ai pu laisser ma valise sans encombre à la réception. Le bar est très agréable.

Un hôtel en plein centre-ville avec un parking en dessous. Aucun bruit grâce à une très bonne insonorisation. Un personnel professionnel et très accueillant. Un petit dernier avec des spécialités locales. Nous reviendrons.
