"Stayed for 3 nights. On entering the room there was a notable smell. Tried putting water down the sink, shower and bath drains and flushing wc but smell was still there when we returned to the room later. Advised reception who recorded but no action taken that night. Advised reception again before leaving the hotel in the morning. Nothing was done while we were out all day. On return after checking room went back to reception and they gave me a bottle of disinfectant and a deodorant spray which I had to use and return to them. The smell soon came back."

"The hotels we booked on this business trip are really great! The room was large and clean. It was about a quarter of an hour's walk from Nantes train station. It was very convenient to walk around with not much luggage. The location should be in the city center. There are several designer brand jewelry stores in the nearby shopping mall. PRIEUR's jewelry is expensive and beautiful, so cool. I have to recommend the breakfast. I originally thought the breakfast was just average and wanted to eat out; but it was too early in the morning and the restaurants outside were closed, so I had breakfast at the hotel. It’s really great! I just saw a ”three-color tree” outside the room window, let me show it to you too👀"

"I stayed in a very spacious room—true to its description, it’s an apartment setup, so you can cook if you’d like (I didn’t bother; the city’s food scene is way too tempting!). The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything about my stay was just amazing. The area around the hotel is wonderfully quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. One thing to note: it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, but I actually enjoyed it—perfect for stretching my legs and soaking in the sights. If you love exploring on foot like I do, it’s a bonus!"

"I was relieved that there was a staff who could speak English. The room was clean and the breakfast using local ingredients was very delicious. The staff were all kind and comfortable. The tram station is in front of you and convenient. It was about 20 minutes to Nantes station. I didn't really care because I had a constitution to sleep anywhere, but people who are concerned about the sound may feel noisy. The curtains were thin so I felt bright at night. I was able to borrow the dryer at the front desk!"

"Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone that works here really goes out their way to make sure you’re having a good time. They remember the smallest details, they give you freshly baked goods daily and are there to provide recommendations!! The hotel rooms were clean and modern. They couldn’t do enough for us. The location was great. Not much more we could have asked for. This hotel made our holiday."

"In the family we had booked 5 rooms. We were very welcome. The rooms are well soundproofed, simple in a minimalist mind and clean. The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable.
