"Excellent welcome! Quality service, perfect location, I highly recommend the hotel; everything is suitable for a family trip! No need to use the car (hotel parking is paid and requires a reservation as spaces are limited; €24 per night). One drawback: the breakfast buffet could be more extensive and offer more variety. We went down for breakfast at 9:30 am and several items were out of stock! It's not replenished! The city of Nantes is very beautiful and green, however, there is a lack of safety; I advise against walking around at night with the family."

Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, resolving any issues promptly and patiently. This trip was for business, but I'll definitely be back for a leisure visit in the future."
