je vais juste juger le restaurant: quel dommage d'avoir changé la formule de la salade César! C'est justement pour elle que je venais déjeuner (avec ses beaux morceaux de poulet pané et le lard croustillant). Dommage.... Sinon l'accueil est sympathique

La cuisine du restaurant est recherchée et goûteuse, le service est attentionné, la terrasse, située loin de la circulation, est agréable. Seul bémol : suivant le serveur, il est possible de régler la totalité de son repas en chèques vacances ou seulement une partie.

Pas d'information préalable sur le parking alors que demande faites par mail : information possibilité réduction 20% non transmise.
Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles : renseignements en amont insuffisant sur le parking, accès compliqué de la salle de formation, salle bains, petit déjeuner très moyens (même pas de beurre sans sel, vaisselle peu pratique, choix confiture, service à revoir)

les Hôtel très bien situé , parking idéal , personnel réactif et accueillant , restauration très bonne , bar sympa .
Les - matelas très très dur , socle de canapé à la place du sommier qui grince !!
Rideau de douche trop long , pas très propre ,trainant dans la baignoire , beurk , peu hygiénique !!

Très agréable depuis l’accueil excellent et professionnel. Le surclassement proposé avec ma carte de fidélité Accor. Excellent repas avec des produits frais et un prix plus que raisonnable. Agréable également l’accès parking jusqu’au hall d’entrée sans se mouiller. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du salé ey sucré de qualité, jus d’orange pressé à l’instant. Qu’une bonne note pour qualifier la prestation générale proposée par cet hôtel

Chambre spacieuse mais d une autre époque Salle de bain horrible ( très détériorée) Le pommeau de douche m est resté dans les mains, évier bouché. Pour le prix de la chambre…. Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes au bar et avons commandé 7 cocktail dont plusieurs pina colada, on nous répond. Je ne peux en faire que deux …soit On demande un petit peu de gâteaux ou de cacahouète d apéritif même personne nous répond, je n’ai rien….je oui c est vrai….il faut savoir qu au NOVOTEL de Nantes centre gare il n’y a pas de cacahuètes même pour une note de 63€ au bar. Je n’ai pas voulu déranger le barman qui était très occupé à discuter avec un copain. Quel manque de professionnalisme de la part de cet employé. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette établissement qui n’a pas les manières de ces prétentions. Je vais quand même signaler le petit déjeuner qui est extraordinaire, ce qui justifie son prix
