It is a hotel chain store that I often use, so I trusted it again and used it after making a reservation.

Déjà nous avons pas eu la chambre demandé ils se sont trompé lors de la réservation. Chambre sale , pas d'isolation, très bruyant ,pas de double vitrages donc pas simple de dormir ... Parking payant 14 euros la nuit il faudrais le dire à la réservation. Pas de restaurant ouverture du lundi au jeudi ....😌 Ayant l'habitude de fréquenté les novotel celui ci n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Passez votre chemin et garder votre budget .

Propreté nickel et petit déjeuner très bien Cependant la chambre est horrible la décoration, il y en a pas, la salle de bain est d’un autre temps. Le lit est très désagréable et les oreiller pas du tout confortable. La disposition du petit déjeuner est vraiment à revoir attendre pour que les autres servent plus de 15 minutes, sa me rend ouf. Et l’horaire fini au moin 30 minute trop tôt 9h30 fin C’est un peu limite je trouve. J’ai eu à l’accueille de petit jeune très agréables et compétent. Cependant la veille j’ai demandé que l’on me réserve un taxi il est arrivé avec 20 minute de retard. Je ne reviendrais pas . Malgré que le Personel sois compétant et agréable l’hôtel a besoin de travaux de rénovation d’urgence. Pour un 4 étoiles c’est inacceptable. Même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre ( fontaine à eau dans le couloir ….) pratique quand on a soif en pleine nuit… Je ne le conseille pas

Un poco trasmano del centro y ubicado en un lugar oscuro
Muy bien todo el personal
Salvo 1 señorita que a la noche no nos dio una mano para pedir comida( el hotel no disponía de cena y no era fácil dirigirse al centro a comprar, todo cerrado y nos dijo que bajemos aplicacion para pedir comida que ella estaba ocupada y no nos podía ayudar
