Great location but the room is very small. The room does not equip with USB outlets. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room that was not yet cleaned. They later gave me another room and a drink voucher as compensation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le personnel était sympathique et très professionnel, la chambre était propre et joliment décorée, et le petit déjeuner était de qualité. C'est déjà notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et nous avons été ravis à chaque fois !

Assez déçu de ce Mercure : chambre avec équipement défectueux (coffre, poignée salle de bains cassée, douche avec problème d’évacuation). Pas mal de bruits aussi car chambre donnant sur la rue qui et tout sauf calme. Odeurs de tabac également dans l’hôtel. En-deçà de ce que l’on trouve d’habitude dans les Mercure.
Points positifs : localisation, propreté, petit déjeuner

Tout était parfait comme d'habitude dans les hôtels MERCURE. Le confort, la propreté, le wifi, la chambre, le personnel. J'ai très bien dormi, j'ai eu un petit déjeuner et j'ai pu travailler tranquillement le matin jusqu'à 11 heures. Je recommande cet hôtel à proximité de la gare SNCF

Very close to train station but on the other side of tourist attractions. Small rooms, Hall Way decor is too dark and not welcoming.

Sale. Et en plus je suis une femme, je commande un spritz et ils n'ont même pas l elegance de satisfaire ma requéte d apporter des petites choses salées histoire de ne pas boire un cocktail sans rien grignoter. Quel manque de classe. Je suis arrivée et le garçon aller manger sonnhamburger je suppose que je l ai déranger. Vraiment un manque de qualité se service client a la hauteur de leur fauteuils et canapé d accueil sales. Indigne d un 4*
