Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr originelles Hotel. Die Räume sind praktisch und funktional optimal, für zwei Personen mit Gepäck aber unterdimensierniert. Kein Stauraum.

Very nice hotel with an excellent and friendly staff. The location is perfect to explore Nantes, we enjoyed using our velos for fast trips to the heart of the city, while our car was safe at the hotel's parking. We booked the suite but that was not a good choice. Half of the space is bathroom. A bathroom without space to put the towels, washbowls too small to brush one's teeth and so on. Cool design, poor function. And it isn't smart, to place the bathroom between entry and bedroom / locker area. The whole suite reminds of a cave, not much daylight and fresh air. Service and cleaning was very good! As we had no rack for the towels, they had to be replaced every day, what a shame. So we can recommend the Sozo hotel but not the suite. Not worth the extra money.

I had a pleasant stay here. Very comfortable and modern accommodation in a former church.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Close proximity to town centre, numerous decent restaurants and less than five minutes from the train station. Will definitely stay here again when in Nantes.

Amazing conversion of beautiful old building with all you could ask for in a hotel. Conveniently near the train station and trams and right next to the Botanic Gardens which are free to wander through. Staff always helpful- and in our own language when school French fails.

En voulant ouvrir les rideaux mon petit orteil a cogne sur la chaise trop proche du pied du lit , chaises tres mal positionnees Ce qui me coute 90 € de taxi non prevu et un arret de travail !!!
