There is also a gym and the rooms were clean. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's not too far from the station, so it was good.

We did not get to stay at the hotel, as there was a train strike which prevented us from reaching Nantes. The hotel was unwilling to allow us to cancel our make any adjus**ent for us. Although our booking was indeed on non-cancellable basis, the hotel should have been more understanding, as this is not a case of us wanting to cancel, but because we are unable to reach Nantes because of the train strike.

Literie au top. Chambre et salle de douche propre. Snaking sympa. Personnel accueillant. Salle de bain pas digne d'un 4 étoile (bien que jolie et propre) car pas pratique. Une bouteille d'eau aurait été sympa.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Dispone de parking, que resulta muy práctico. Nos ha gustado mucho, es moderno y el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones son curiosas. Para acceder al baño hay que pasar por la ducha, es un poco raro, pero no resulta incómodo. El desayuno muy bueno, tiene todo lo necesario. Además tienes a tu disposición durante todo el día, bebidas y alguna cosa para comer gratis. Sin embargo dicen que tienen un aperitivo gratis por las tardes, pero nosotras no lo vimos ninguno de los 3 días que estuvimos. Volvería sin dudas!.

Chose hotel for location, which was good for what I wanted (car park nearby for hire car) and restaurants for dinner.
Reception staff sufficient but not what I would call a warm welcome. Hotel is clean and everything in the rooms well, however, by going for ultra modern, it lacks comfort. The bed was so low and having a big louvre type divide from the bathroom that swung out to the bed was strange, as you need to learn around.
You do get refreshments included in the lounge area, but don't get excited, it a coffee machine and a fridge full of tomato juice. Did have a nice slice of lemon pie though.
Would I stay again, no is probably the answer. An old city like Nantes has many hotels that offer charm, unfortunately this is not one of them.

I loved this hotel! I had gone to Nantes just to see the Genghis Khan exhibit and for that reason the location was excellent. It is in the center of the old town with lots of charming restaurants, cafes. It is a 15 walk from the train station a one minute walk to the tourist office and castle. Having worked in the hotel business for a long time I give the staff 5 star for service. Best of all they have a wonderful relaxing lounge just for residents with a plethora of freshly baked local treats, rare teas, and coffee. Excellent breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evning. What was most impressive was the glass bottles available to fill with water to take to your room and to replenish when needed. I was hesitant to book because of the reviews of the bathroom - ignore them. The bathroom is a little different but if used correctly and with common sense there is not problem at all.

Tout était très bien. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Mais j'ai très mal dormi à cause de la mauvaise qualité des oreillés. Ce sont des crêpes, aucun soutien et inconfortable. Dommage car la literie est très bonne. Pensez à investir dans des oreillés plus épais ou à mémoire de forme.
