The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by shopping malls and pedestrian streets. The area is not small and the price/performance ratio is good.

The staff are welcoming and professional. The room is nicely decorated, but the bathroom is a little cramped. The advantage of the hotel is its location in the city center.

The room was clean and well appointed with toiletries, cold drinks and a nespresso machine. Our room was right on the alley so it was noisy, but we didn’t mind as we like to watch the people go by. Shutting the windows dampened the noise considerably and it did not bother us at all as we were trying to sleep. The location is great, right between two plazas that have restaurants, close to a ton of clothing stores if you like to shop and only a 5 minute walk from the tram line 1 that goes directly to the gare. We loved the city of Nantes. The people were extremely forgiving of my terrible French and did not slight us at all for being American. Both Nantes and Angers are the friendliest French cities I have ever been in.

Hôtel charmant et cosy, ambiance feutrée. Chambre supérieure très spacieuse, très bien avec notre enfant. Vraiment calme en plein cœur de ville. Le parking public Graslin à 3 minutes à pieds. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Petit déjeuner vraiment bien, il y a de tout et de qualité, produits locaux et frais (mini viennoiseries et pain de la boulangerie voisine excellents!).

We stayed at this hotel with two friends.
Very good stay, the staff is very pleasant.
The rooms are rather spacious and clean.
Nuxe products are really very pleasant to use.
The breakfast buffet is quite varied with eggs, bacon, cheese, fruit, yogurt and pastries. A nice range of teas too.

A successful romantic weekend in Nantes thanks to this very charming hotel. Very pleasant team, breakfast with beautiful products mainly of local origin. Very well placed in the pedestrian zone, you can easily discover the city. It's really perfect.
