The location is around 20 min by tram. It’s not bad because we are far from the noise in the city. The staff were very friendly. The amenities could have been better. We didn’t have shampoo. Only 1 soap in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is spacious which was great! The bed is smaller than expected. Overall not bad

Great hotel with clean rooms & wonderful restaurant serving good breakfast and tasty pizzas. Parking in the adjacent street or nearby shop. Tram line 3 right outside to reach the centre in 15 minutes (free at the weekend). A couple of other restaurants & shops nearby. The vibe of the hotel is brilliant, as are the staff & signage.

Honestly, a rather pleasant surprise! The breakfast was very good and the bedding quite comfortable! We had a very good stay!

A unique establishment with excellent amenities, it's a shame it's so noisy when you need to relax. Finding a parking space was also difficult, which is a shame. Overall, a good experience.

It was reassuring to have staff who could speak English. The room was clean, and the breakfast, made with local ingredients, was delicious.
All the staff were kind, making for a comfortable stay.
The tram station is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. It took about 20 minutes to get to Nantes station.
I can sleep anywhere, so it didn't bother me, but those sensitive to noise might find it noisy. The curtains were thin, so it felt quite bright at night.
I was also able to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk!
