GGuest UserHampton by Hilton, Nantong. Is always my choice. Other than good facilities and services. The front desk team are always very attentive to queries and assisting in many ways such as luggages to the room and arrangements to transport services. They are quick to assisting me with some bulky & heavy I have bought in during my returns to the hotel lobby from shopping. Noted that their services are good when walking quest as well.

It is very inconvenient to have no power socket next to the sink. Except for the hair dryer, there may be other small appliances that need to be used for electricity. The hair dryer or razor of the curling bar must be used for electricity. There is no conditioner for some accidents 😂
The price of the same Hanting seems to be more close to the people, because it is convenient to live here nearby. Hope business is booming

AAnonymous UserThis stay completely exceeded expectations! The original booked room type, after arriving at the store, the housekeeper took the initiative to inform the free upgrade to the view bed room, and instantly felt that he had earned it!
The upgraded room has a lot of space, not only a comfortable sofa, but also a night view of the city outside the window. It is especially pleasant to relax by the window at night. The bedding is still maintained at a high level, the softness is just right, and the night is good to sleep until dawn.
The service is also very intimate. When upgrading, I patiently explained the facilities of the new room, and the follow-up demand response was also very fast. This ”exceeding expectations” experience is too much. Next time I come to Nantong, I will definitely choose this one!

The air conditioning in the room is at a suitable temperature, and the room is fully equipped with all the necessary supplies. It is considerately equipped with small packages of laundry detergent and a laundry room for use. Small snacks were also given as souvenirs when leaving the store. The kids like it very much

GGuest UserThe decor style is really unique, with red walls and a cozy cabin feel. I chose a lake-view room, and the view was fantastic. For us, who regularly come to Chongming for some fresh air, this was perfect. The butler was also very attentive and the service was excellent. They enthusiastically helped us with our luggage whenever we came and went. In the evening, they even brought us tremella soup. Since it was the weekend, we unexpectedly got to see a bonfire and fireworks, which really brought a festive, Chinese New Year atmosphere up close. The whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, an extremely satisfying stay!

AAnonymous UserThe first plus point was receiving a call to ask if there were any special requirements for check-in and helping to reserve a parking space. As a result, the parking space at the door was reserved, which was very convenient. I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the door. The receptionist Jiajia guided us to the front desk to check in and served us hot towels and hot tea, and also sent us to the room. The room had prepared children's toiletries and slippers as we requested on the phone, and also prepared a small toy for the children! There was a detail in the guest room that really touched me, that is, the corner of the bed was cushioned. I wonder who else can think of such meticulousness except for my family. When the guest room sister Xiuhong learned that I was going to take the children to the zoo the next day, she reminded me to pay attention to adding more clothes and brought cut carrot strips for us to take with us early the next morning. When I asked her, she hadn't even arrived at work yet. It was so warm! When I went home, I found that the car had been washed. What surprised me most about this hotel is the service. Although we encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. After we got home, we received a call from Manager Zhao asking if we arrived safely. I can feel the hotel staff's dedication. Customers are really the top priority! The children also said that they will definitely stay at Jinshi next time they go to Nantong!

For a lazy person like me, the most convenient thing was that the hotel had a washing machine, and there was also a gym! I really liked the front desk service; they were quick and efficient, responding promptly to any needs I had. The room was clean and tidy, and they even kindly helped me carry some items to my car when I left. A very pleasant stay!

We come here for work for the 3rd time, staying for long periods (more than 2 weeks), and we are satisfied every time. The rooms are modern, the cleaning is impeccable. Great conditions are created for work tasks: there is a convenient meeting place in the lobby, and there is a printer available.
The staff creates an incredibly warm atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and ready to help 24/7. We would especially like to highlight Selena and Jin at the reception. The employees are always sincerely helpful. We don't speak Chinese, and they were always on hand: they helped us sort out issues with food delivery, communicated with couriers, and help solve all our unexpected problems.
The hotel is conveniently located — everything you need is nearby. Breakfasts: hearty and tasty. We like everything.
This hotel is ideal for work visits, but seeing how they take care of the guests here, we would gladly come here just to relax as well. We recommend the Hotel with all our hearts!

AAnonymous UserTo all parents traveling with kids, I strongly advise against booking the Mushroom Treehouse at Sindi Wild Animal Park! A sudden heavy rainstorm hit in the early hours of our check-in day, and the round bed where my baby was sleeping leaked. Rainwater seeped directly into the room, making it impossible to get any rest.
Our little one, unfortunately, suffered the most; their hair and pajamas were soaked through, leaving them cold and uncomfortable, and they cried non-stop. The quality of this accommodation is shockingly poor. Their rainproofing measures are completely ineffective, and the management clearly lacks any safety awareness, disregarding the safety of guests, especially children. The environment is not only basic but also poses serious hazards. We paid good money only to endure misery!
Although, after some back-and-forth, the hotel did offer us a 50% discount on the room rate, I still want to warn others to avoid this place. The leaking issue ruined our family's rest and disrupted our plans. My baby had no energy to play during the day and even developed a runny nose. We are truly disappointed!

I looked for a few on the Internet, because I have stayed in B&Bs before, and I felt that the price/performance ratio was better than that of a hotel, so I chose one. It was unexpectedly good, and the room layout was very good. It's very cozy, it's very clean, and it's very quiet when you sleep at night.
