The zoo was fantastic; we could get really close to many animals, which made it much more engaging than other zoos where you can only view from afar. The grand circus was also spectacular. Since it wasn't summer, the Ice and Snow World wasn't too crowded, so waiting times were short, and the kids had a blast."

I requested a high-altitude room and was given floor 46 as asked. The room was extraordinary – very spacious, comfortable, and with an amazing view. Breakfast is served on floor 48, with a lovely library right next to the dining area, which was a unique and pleasant surprise. The staff were amazing – warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone wanting space, comfort, and stunning views."

"Very disappointing experience I’ve stayed at this hotel twice — the first time was okay, but the second stay was a disaster. We called the reception before breakfast and asked them to bring our luggage down while we went to eat, explaining that we were in a hurry and had limited time. I called twice to make sure they understood which room we were in, and both times they said, “Yes, we’ll come right away.” After breakfast, we went to the reception — no luggage. Our taxi had already arrived, and because of the delay, we missed our train. This completely ruined our travel schedule — we were going from Nantong to Shanghai and then to Wuxi — everything got messed up, and our clients were extremely unhappy. Inside, the hotel feels old and worn out. During our second stay, we had to change rooms three times because something didn’t work each time — either the air conditioner, the lights, or something else. There’s also a strong old smell in the rooms. The interior decoration might have looked luxurious a hundred years ago, but not anymore. To be fair, the spa and swimming pool are quite nice, but after such an experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"It is worthy of being the first five-star hotel in the development zone, with great details. It was raining and I contacted the front desk in advance. They helped pick us up at the subway station. It was very heartwarming. The room was well air-conditioned. There were a lot of people at Langshan Mountain. The front desk reminded us to prepare for the queue and helped prepare mineral water for climbing. Thank you."

"In the same building as Vienna, the floor is high, the view is good, and the hygiene is average. After checking in, there was a smell of cigarette smoke, and there was still ash in the sink. The air-conditioned cup was thin and cold, so I slept all night wrapped in a coat. In addition, the gym was too shabby, how could it be called a gym?"

"The hotel is near Langshan Scenic Area. It's very convenient to get there, with ride-sharing costing only ¥3.5. We got an upgrade to a king-size room, which was 35 square meters with a separate wet and dry area and a 65-inch TV. The decor was simple and comfortable. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the front desk service was excellent; they even allowed a late checkout until 6 PM. Overall, I always stay at Yado when traveling now because the price is great and it offers excellent value for money."
