There is a large area of ​​rapeseed flowers and green land outside the window, which is suitable for vacation and relaxation. The underground garage is convenient for parking and charging. There is a delicious restaurant next door. It would be better for the safety of the elderly if a handrail was installed in the shower room.

I've always loved the national hotel chain Vienna, and when I visited Chongming, I chose to stay at the Vienna Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent integrated service from the food and beverage department, cleaning staff, and front desk. The communication and coordination were seamless, and they personalized their approach to addressing guest issues, leaving me feeling warm and comfortable. Heartwarming real-life incident #1: Breakfast hours are from 7-9:30 AM, but they allowed me to leave my child's food in the steamer, which can be used to warm food. My child came downstairs at 9:40 AM and received a warm breakfast and drink. Their flexible and personalized approach to addressing the diverse needs of guests was truly heartwarming. Heartwarming real-life incident #2: On Friday night, I was doing laundry, and the front desk agent, Jiajia, told me I didn't need to wait in the laundry room; they would dry my laundry and have it delivered to my room by a robot. I then received my neatly folded laundry, which was truly heartwarming. Heartwarming true story #3: My child needed online classes, and when checking out on Sunday, we asked if we could finish them at 3:00 PM. The front desk accommodatingly accommodated our special circumstances, extending our check-out time to 3:00 PM. (The housekeeping staff on duty also thoughtfully helped us take out the trash and dispose of the clutter in the room, solving our problem of carrying so many bags and struggling to find a suitable alternative location.) There were many other heartwarming and thoughtful interactions, too numerous to mention here, but each one has become a genuine and unwavering reason for us to choose the Vienna Hotel Chongmen Branch again. As Yang Jiang said, ”The happiest thing in life is to earn the trust of strangers with sincerity and kindness. Over time, they become friends who continue to trust, support, and choose you—this is a personal charm that money cannot buy.” I'm grateful to the entire hotel team for their sincerity, friendliness, and kindness. I'm also grateful to the hotel's founder for his unwavering commitment to his original management philosophy, which has instilled in everyone this altruistic service philosophy, warming the hearts of all guests.

Though, the location does not have many choices for food but living here is quite a pleasant one, especially the front desk staff Ms. Trancy Zhou. She has shown an excellent of services to help overseas traveler. She event extend her help getting the customer for taxi. This hotel is clean and quite, just that a bit of inconvenient for food and shortage of good pub. There is a simple corner with selling some drinks but there is no TV for sport channels like live football or others sport etc. I sincerely hope there will be vast improvement on this hotel the next time visiting again.

I stayed two nights at this hotel during the Ironman 70.3 Shanghai Chongming. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh amenities left during turndown service. What truly makes this a place I would happily return to is definitely the people working here. Everyone was warm and attentive, but Charlie in particular was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. At the end of my visit, I offered a small tip as a gesture of appreciation, but she kindly declined in line with company policy. That small moment  really reflected the strong values of the hotel, as well as the professionalism and passion Charlie brings to her daily work. Well done to the whole team, see you again next year!

This time, I invited some friends to stay at the Sheraton Chongming, and overall, it was quite good. **Facilities:** It's close to the G40 highway, making transportation convenient. The five-star standard is acceptable, the rooms are spacious, and the wet and dry areas are separated. The shower water was especially comfortable. **Environment:** Chongming Island has a great ecological environment with lush greenery. Rooms on the east side offer a river view, and you can even spot old buffalo, bringing you closer to nature. **Service:** Replenishing breakfast items was a bit slow and required reminding the kitchen, especially during peak check-in times on Saturdays. They should prepare earlier.

The stay was quite pleasant. The entrance smelled wonderful, there was complimentary freshly ground coffee in the lobby, the front desk service was excellent, the hotel environment was nice, and the room I stayed in was also very good—clean, hygienic, and well-lit. I especially recommend the breakfast on the 21st floor; it was excellent, especially the bowl of noodles. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Truly a wonderful hotel with brand new amenities. The room sizes are perfect, and the entire layout was modern and elegant. Wonderful hospitality from staff and I would definitely recommend it!

1On the night of check-in, my daughter had a fever. In the middle of the night, the front desk lady sent ice cubes twice and water several times to show her concern and greeting. 2The midnight snacks and breakfast in the small restaurant were delicious. 3The hotel is in a good location, on the fourth floor of Wanda Plaza. 4There is a little noise from the KTV downstairs, but fortunately, the front desk kept reminding us when we checked in. I think this is very good and can actively communicate problems.

The decor style is really unique, with red walls and a cozy cabin feel. I chose a lake-view room, and the view was fantastic. For us, who regularly come to Chongming for some fresh air, this was perfect. The butler was also very attentive and the service was excellent. They enthusiastically helped us with our luggage whenever we came and went. In the evening, they even brought us tremella soup. Since it was the weekend, we unexpectedly got to see a bonfire and fireworks, which really brought a festive, Chinese New Year atmosphere up close. The whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, an extremely satisfying stay!

The room is not big, but the design is reasonable. It is quite comfortable to live in. It is clean overall. Although it is small, it has everything (small refrigerator, scale is not included). The front desk staff in the lobby is also quite professional. There is also a small area for children to play at the door. The breakfast restaurant is quite satisfactory. The dishes are as shown in the picture, including noodles, bread, porridge, etc. There is also a self-service laundry room on the second floor, which is quite convenient for business trips.
