Had a fantastic stay! The facilities were great, and the room was spotless. The service was thoughtful and attentive. Ivy, one of the staff members, was incredibly warm and patient. The hotel offers a comfortable environment and excellent value for money. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

Environment: Very quiet. On the first day, we explored the hotel and loved its architectural style and layout; every step offered a new scenic view. If you want to know more about Songpin, you can read Li Qi's autobiography about them. The hotel has an abundance of plants, and every flower arrangement is thoughtfully designed. The number of rooms isn't excessive, so we didn't encounter many people while walking around, nor too many staff members, which I found to be just right. When I needed help, someone was conveniently nearby, and when I didn't, I was left undisturbed. We'd make eye contact from a distance, greet each other from afar, and even after passing, our eyes might meet again... Anyway, as an introvert, I prefer fewer people (including staff), so I found it excellent. Service: Very attentive. They contacted me right after booking to ask about any special needs. Upon check-in, they provided timely information about the hotel environment, and after settling in, they promptly arranged things like our breakfast route. It was very thoughtful, but not overly so. Facilities: We booked a twin room with two 1.35-meter beds. It was perfectly spacious for our family of three. The high ceilings meant that even spending most of our time in the hotel didn't feel cramped. There's also an outdoor balcony overlooking one of the hotel's small gardens. In May, the pomegranate flowers are dazzling. We could sit on the balcony, snack on melon seeds, drink tea, enjoy the view, and count planes – a small but exquisite scene with bridges, pavilions, and flagstone paths. Perhaps the hotel is directly under a flight path? A plane flew by every 2-3 minutes, but there's no need to worry about noise; closing the windows completely blocks it out. This was a significant plus. The pool was warm, and if you forgot your swimsuit, you could buy one at the pool registration desk. Tennis rackets and balls were provided, but we couldn't play due to rain. May Day Limited-Time Experience (Travel Photography): During the holiday, a complimentary ancient-style travel photoshoot was included. I booked an afternoon slot. The photographer was young and had likely been shooting since morning, but he was patient when showing us poses. When selecting photos, he didn't strongly push certain shots, making it easy to decide without feeling pressured to keep ones you didn't love. Beyond the complimentary photos, the final price for additional selections was also acceptable. Dining: We had two dinners at the hotel. The first was a set menu, and the second was à la carte. Both were delicious and generously portioned, and the ingredients were fresh. The prices were likely higher than outside restaurants, but the advantage of being quiet, convenient (no need to go out), and clean made it worthwhile. The breakfast spread was extensive, especially for those who enjoy a bowl of noodles in the morning – the ample toppings were satisfying. The breakfast selection also varied slightly each day.

The place is on a huge plot of land with the lake surrounding it. The cozy capsule is just that cozy. The mattress on the bed is hard and made it difficult to sleep. There are a lot of activities but they were expensive. The bbq set was good and it was fun to bbq but again pricey. Since the rooms are on the higher price side I think something can be included. Everything is an additional costs. We brought food but didn’t use it because we ordered from ******* and the bbq meal gave us plenty of leftovers. The shower in the capsule was nice, it was hot and very comfortable. During our stay the temperature dropped and it was nice to sit outside on the small deck. All in all it was a nice stay and I will return at some point in the future. However, I will book during the weekdays and non-holidays. The prices are cheaper during the week and less people with kids and dogs that the owners allowed to run up to us barking and not stop the dog. Anyway, the staff was accommodating and some spoke English or used translators.

I originally planned to celebrate my birthday at Bulgari, but with the cold weather, I really wanted a private hot spring. Traveling out of town felt a bit too far, so I decided on a relaxing 3-day, 2-night stay closer to home. I contacted the hotel in advance, and they confirmed they'd try their best to accommodate an upgrade if a room was available. On the day of check-in, I received a WeChat message from the front desk around noon, confirming my upgraded room. They even did a simple birthday decoration and sent afternoon tea, which made me very happy. I'm someone who loves staying in the hotel, enjoying the food and comfort without going out. So, this place was absolutely perfect for me. I brought my own kimono for photos, but if you don't have one, the guesthouse offers rentals at a reasonable price, and the kimonos are lovely. The sticky rice Pu'er tea offered here is also very much to a woman's liking. Spending the afternoon sipping tea, eating some fruit, soaking in the outdoor hot spring, and chatting was super relaxing. I was fortunate to meet Yu Tong, the manager, during dinner. Her service attitude was fantastic, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and approachable. I even ordered their Chongming cuisine for the next day, which was also delicious. The next day, I couldn't resist – after lunch, I ordered two more plates of BBQ. Paired with some wine and good company, it was incredibly enjoyable. In my opinion, any establishment that is willing to solicit customer feedback is truly commendable. All my requests during this stay were met, and communication was excellent. The experience at such a high-end guesthouse honestly surpasses some five-star hotels. I'll definitely be a frequent guest in the future.

I stayed two nights at this hotel during the Ironman 70.3 Shanghai Chongming. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, and I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh amenities left during turndown service. What truly makes this a place I would happily return to is definitely the people working here. Everyone was warm and attentive, but Charlie in particular was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. At the end of my visit, I offered a small tip as a gesture of appreciation, but she kindly declined in line with company policy. That small moment  really reflected the strong values of the hotel, as well as the professionalism and passion Charlie brings to her daily work. Well done to the whole team, see you again next year!

I specifically chose the off-season to bring my child to Chongming, and to my surprise, the experience was absolutely fantastic. It felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves! Environment and Atmosphere: The air was incredibly fresh, and the resort grounds were exceptionally quiet. Without the hustle and bustle of peak season, every stroll was a pure delight and very relaxing. Activities and Experience: Even though there weren't many guests, the hotel's activity schedule wasn't cut back at all. The activities were rich and varied, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to stop. Dining: I must praise the food – whether it was breakfast or other meals, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, allowing you to taste their natural deliciousness. It's not easy to find good food outside, so we ended up having all our meals at the hotel with the child. The breakfast portions were super generous, and while the main meals weren't cheap, the servings were truly ample. Service: What was most heartwarming were the staff. Even with fewer guests, their enthusiasm didn't wane one bit. They were especially attentive to children, providing thoughtful and friendly service. Overall, it was a stay that far exceeded our expectations. The whole family loved it, especially the little one, who is already looking forward to coming back.

I've always found the warmth to be the most appealing aspect of a B&B. Unexpectedly, I found the personal touch I'd long missed in a B&B I booked by chance. Before check-in, the owner sent me a message with details of nearby fun and delicious restaurants, all of which he'd personally visited and thoroughly explored. On check-in day, he greeted me at the intersection, which was incredibly thoughtful. Knowing we'd be having children, he prepared a variety of activities, including sky lanterns, fireworks, and fairy wands, which the children had a blast playing with. Even better, the owner even let the children play along, leaving them hands-free. There were also rabbits and fish, and the owner prepared food for the children to feed. He truly understands children! This B&B is not only kid-friendly, but also pet-friendly. The owner's family, Apple, Mimi, and the new arrival, Blueberry, were all incredibly affectionate, especially Mimi, who's so tiny and clever. Having said all that, I couldn't forget the most important room. The B&B has two floors, and our room was on the second floor. It's actually two separate, adjoining rooms, allowing for easy access while still allowing for individual space, making it perfect for a family trip. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, fully stocked with amenities, the air conditioning was powerful, and the hot water in the shower was consistently hot. The amenities were top-notch. If you're looking to take your kids or pets out, find someone to chat with or just relax, or just want to pet your dog or cat to your heart's content, this B&B is the perfect choice!

Long-term field permanent hotel, this configuration is practical, the room desk is suitable for temporary office, the bathroom is clean and tidy. Self-service laundry room full set of washing and drying machine + vertical hanging iron, suit shirt is washed and ironed, saving the cost of going out dry cleaning; The public area is clean and orderly, the breakfast area is well lit, and the comprehensive strength is top-notch at the same price.

Truly a wonderful hotel with brand new amenities. The room sizes are perfect, and the entire layout was modern and elegant. Wonderful hospitality from staff and I would definitely recommend it!

Visited with my family, and we had a very comfortable stay. My favorite spot was the public courtyard, where you can enjoy the flowers, sip tea, chat, or simply sunbathe. It even has a trampoline, seesaw, and swing – a nice touch! The rooms are well-equipped, the air conditioning is powerful, and there's plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious and included some local Chongming specialties. The manager was incredibly warm and hospitable, and parking was convenient. Highly recommended!
