The place is on a huge plot of land with the lake surrounding it. The cozy capsule is just that cozy. The mattress on the bed is hard and made it difficult to sleep. There are a lot of activities but they were expensive. The bbq set was good and it was fun to bbq but again pricey. Since the rooms are on the higher price side I think something can be included. Everything is an additional costs. We brought food but didn’t use it because we ordered from ******* and the bbq meal gave us plenty of leftovers. The shower in the capsule was nice, it was hot and very comfortable. During our stay the temperature dropped and it was nice to sit outside on the small deck. All in all it was a nice stay and I will return at some point in the future. However, I will book during the weekdays and non-holidays. The prices are cheaper during the week and less people with kids and dogs that the owners allowed to run up to us barking and not stop the dog. Anyway, the staff was accommodating and some spoke English or used translators.

The hotel's environment is exceptional and very expansive, featuring rice paddies, lotus ponds, and large lawns, which are truly delightful to behold. The rooms are very spacious, with unique Japanese-style decor. It would be even better if there were clothes drying racks available in the rooms or courtyards. The hotel offers a 24-hour self-service convenience store, an indoor swimming pool, and a very nice flower and bird painting exhibition. The hotel restaurant is also excellent; the roast goose, braised lamb, and steamed white fish we had for dinner over two nights were all delicious. The goose, surprisingly, was not tough at all but quite tender. The vegetables grown on their own farm were incredibly fresh. The buffet breakfast was varied, very clean, refined, and delicious. The Koshihikari rice was excellent, and the rice toast baked with cheese spread was also quite unique. What truly stood out was the staff's warm and enthusiastic service, along with the hotel's family-friendly activities. This time, we experienced visiting the rice museum, making natural herbal mosquito repellent, and preparing Chongming pastries – all of which were very interesting and thoughtfully arranged.

Though, the location does not have many choices for food but living here is quite a pleasant one, especially the front desk staff Ms. Trancy Zhou. She has shown an excellent of services to help overseas traveler. She event extend her help getting the customer for taxi. This hotel is clean and quite, just that a bit of inconvenient for food and shortage of good pub. There is a simple corner with selling some drinks but there is no TV for sport channels like live football or others sport etc. I sincerely hope there will be vast improvement on this hotel the next time visiting again.

Stayed one night for a business trip. The room was spacious, very new, and spotlessly clean. Although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the quality was excellent. I had carelessly left my document pouch at the front desk when checking in. The staff proactively called to inquire about it and even delivered it to my room. I was very impressed with the service. I'd definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Truly a wonderful hotel with brand new amenities. The room sizes are perfect, and the entire layout was modern and elegant. Wonderful hospitality from staff and I would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is pretty good! They upgraded us to a family room, which was a nice touch. All the sharp corners in the room were covered with bumper strips, and they provided kids' slippers and Rubber Ducky toiletries – super thoughtful. The family room had some toys for children. While there wasn't a bed rail, they did offer a cot (though it was a bit old). We went during the off-peak season, so the hotel wasn't crowded at all. The kids' play area was completely empty, which was great for us! It's not a huge space, but perfect for younger children to enjoy. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but their freshly made omelets were delicious!

I originally planned to celebrate my birthday at Bulgari, but with the cold weather, I really wanted a private hot spring. Traveling out of town felt a bit too far, so I decided on a relaxing 3-day, 2-night stay closer to home. I contacted the hotel in advance, and they confirmed they'd try their best to accommodate an upgrade if a room was available. On the day of check-in, I received a WeChat message from the front desk around noon, confirming my upgraded room. They even did a simple birthday decoration and sent afternoon tea, which made me very happy. I'm someone who loves staying in the hotel, enjoying the food and comfort without going out. So, this place was absolutely perfect for me. I brought my own kimono for photos, but if you don't have one, the guesthouse offers rentals at a reasonable price, and the kimonos are lovely. The sticky rice Pu'er tea offered here is also very much to a woman's liking. Spending the afternoon sipping tea, eating some fruit, soaking in the outdoor hot spring, and chatting was super relaxing. I was fortunate to meet Yu Tong, the manager, during dinner. Her service attitude was fantastic, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and approachable. I even ordered their Chongming cuisine for the next day, which was also delicious. The next day, I couldn't resist – after lunch, I ordered two more plates of BBQ. Paired with some wine and good company, it was incredibly enjoyable. In my opinion, any establishment that is willing to solicit customer feedback is truly commendable. All my requests during this stay were met, and communication was excellent. The experience at such a high-end guesthouse honestly surpasses some five-star hotels. I'll definitely be a frequent guest in the future.

Long-term field permanent hotel, this configuration is practical, the room desk is suitable for temporary office, the bathroom is clean and tidy. Self-service laundry room full set of washing and drying machine + vertical hanging iron, suit shirt is washed and ironed, saving the cost of going out dry cleaning; The public area is clean and orderly, the breakfast area is well lit, and the comprehensive strength is top-notch at the same price.

The hotel is located in the administrative center of Chongming District, a ten-minute walk from Chongming Palace (Chongming County Museum), Yingzhou Park, Nanmen Scenic Embankment and other scenic spots. There are many commercial restaurants around, and the geographical location is excellent. The hotel rooms are simple, spacious, clean and bright, with high-quality facilities and supplies, and comfortable to live in; although there are not many breakfast varieties, they are particularly appetizing and satisfying, especially the 24-hour free coffee and tea service, which is full of features; the service is standardized and in place, and the late check-out is warm and homely; there is a free parking lot, and it is also equipped with charging piles, which is convenient for self-driving travel; overall very satisfied.

The family room is indeed very spacious and comfortable. The two large beds are both 1.5 meters long. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. It is very quiet when sleeping. It is suitable for family travel and accommodation. The hotel has free parking and is close to surrounding restaurants and Wanda Plaza. The key is that the hotel's service is very considerate. There are self-service washing machines and dryers, and the breakfast also meets normal travel needs. If there is a need, contact the room service and the problem is solved quickly. It is right to choose the all-season hotel for travel.
