第二次住這家酒店了，環境服務一級棒，早餐也非常豐富，今年餐廳進門還增加了一個娃娃遊樂園，非常人性化，寶媽也能安心吃飯了，另外前台Abby的服務也是一級棒，早上趕火車差點遲到，還好有服務人員幫忙加急喊車，還是趕上了，下次去還會選擇這家酒店噠

朋友隔壁入住後由於地面太滑。該酒店套房設計極其不規整、極其不合理，導致人摔倒不小心碰到後腦勺。酒店不予賠償也沒再追究，社保報銷想讓酒店開個不予賠償證明，以免重複賠付，與酒店溝通多次，態度惡劣，不予開具證明，而且各種推諉各種謾罵，民營的黑店不能來

所有的客房都在 35層以上，早餐 46層，一覽眾山小，停車進出免費，感謝前台送了入住水果，並贈送了延遲退房；
新建的酒店配套齊全，機器人送餐，90度落地玻璃窗，超級大的大床；周邊萬達商圈、夜宵非常多，下次來南通出差首選，好贊！
