總的來説還是挺不錯的！自上而下服務意識強，大部分員工樸素樂觀自信，換房間後遺忘的大小物品，客房阿姨都及時給送過來了！非常感謝！
衞生也不錯，起碼肉眼沒看到不滿意的地方，比前幾天常住的星級酒店要強多了。房間格局也不錯。沒有要求的可以訂普通大床或標間夠用了！有要求的可以訂最好的大床房，就幾十塊錢差價，窗户外面還可以看到南通古宅風景，窗簾也全部是智能電動的，房間面積不大不小正正好，衞生間也足夠寬大！
要提的一點是，下雨天，雨傘配備充足，手動的和電動的都有，我朋友看到後直接從旁邊400多的星級酒店搬出來，換到如家和我們一起住了，説星級酒店的雨傘扣扣巴巴的，還不如如家的！總的來説還是比較高明和大氣的！
酒店對面馬路邊就是公交車站，真的是太近太方便了！過馬路是一個廣場，景色很好，像一個小公園，孩子們可以在這裏奔跑！晚上半夜心情鬱悶，到對面廣場河邊 淋淋雨，看看風景走一走一下子就神清氣爽了！
就是酒店內管理層好像有點問題，在顧客還在場的時候，在辦公室裏吵得比較厲害，不知道是吵架還是在訓話！這個有點煞風景！
整體感覺這家酒店向上發展趨向，下次來就住這家！
