酒店明明知道房間空調效果不太好也不提前告知，等我第二天早上起來發現夜裡悶熱睡覺不舒服才發現空調有問題。幾個小時空調都温度降不下來。找她們反應問題才説知道空調不好有問題。衹是説對不起而已。而且回饋問題也不及時。其他服務倒是做得挺好。但是想在好酒店睡個好覺的體驗沒有了。
