中午12點，蹲個廁所然後退房，保潔在門口敲門告知退房，我回了句好，大概年紀大了聽不清就自行開門進來了，我説我在上廁所，然後保潔bb一大堆超時一小時加20，我在上廁所然後就沒搭理她，保潔見沒人迴應就走了，然後在門口跟前台溝通，説沒退房房間裏面有人，説著説著有刷卡進房間了，也不知道怎麼培訓的，明知道有人在房間隨意刷卡就進來
