第一次遇到還未辦理退房，就有兩位陌生男客人拿着房卡刷卡進了我房間，當時房間衹有我和我女兒兩個人，退房的時候負責人員解釋工作人員是新員工，所以出了差錯，我一女的帶着孩子本來過去找朋友玩的，不想搞心情，原本還在糾結再續住一晚，結果果斷退房，以後再也不想住這家酒店了
