前台的態度、服務、素質是沒有經過專業的培訓嗎。一年前在你們家住過，從此在南通都是在你們家住，還推薦給了很多人，這次有半年沒來住了，幾位女前台都是老闆家的女兒麼，審視顧客，一點笑意也沒有，全程臭臉，包括後來我申請延遲退房也是，態度讓我非常不舒服！
