衞生：凌晨入住的，床上有小蟲子，咬的客人身上很多紅點點，跟工作人講了不給換房，就給拿了個風油精，第二天找經理投訴也沒有用
環境：房間空調不能用，説是壞了，讓換房間不給換，就拿了個風扇
服務：服務太差，
以後不會再帶客人來這個酒店，以前覺得金石還可以，現在發現太差，不會再讓客人住這裏，都不如兩三百的連鎖酒店。

設施：裝修有點老，床有點窄，連usb充電口都不能提供，同時換季沒開空調，有點熱。
服務：非常好，未入住就打電話確認你的預訂，並詢問房間偏好及需求。一早入住就提供房間，同時提供熱茶和點心。最驚喜的是酒店還提供免費擦車服務，一早把你車擦的乾乾淨淨。同時服務員都很熱情，賓至如歸。有這些服務，設施缺點基本可以忽略。
環境：給的高區江景房，看看長江夜景不錯，酒店位置也不錯。

老酒店了，設施陳舊了點，但服務的阿姨很不錯的，送了水果，寫了祝福語，送了小孩禮物，空調不太靈，還有廁所有點反臭
