I went to the hotel for shopping with my family on weekends (buy a four-piece set 😂). The hotel customer service was very good. I called me in advance to communicate with me about the room situation. On the same day, the room was full and I knew that I would try to arrange it on the same floor. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very rich, I liked it very much, and the variety was delicious.

非常糟糕！！！晚上關燈，發現衣櫥的燈帶關不掉，給前台打電話詢問，説這是房間的自身問題，就是關不掉，如果一定要關，就衹能拔電卡……但是拔了電卡，插頭就不通電了，半夜想開個燈也做不到了！真的第一次碰到不得不拔電卡才能睡覺的酒店！！！ 真的很無語，我在這個酒店住過二十多次了，第一次碰到這樣糟糕的情況，我説為什麼入住的時候不告訴我，前台説我們也不知道哪些房間有這樣的情況，聽起來非常理所當然，也沒有提到要給換個房間，體驗真的太差了！ 另外房間正對着電梯，晚上噪音也很大，電梯從一樓到八樓，每層樓的播報都聽的一清二楚😓 希望能好好處理一下這類有問題的房間吧，你這燈帶還不如不要放！

Because I have lived in Ascott in Guangzhou before, I checked the surrounding hotels and decided to choose this place. It feels good to stay here, and all kinds of facilities are easy to use! However, due to the surrounding subway construction, the noise is still very obvious before nine o'clock!

I decided to choose Nantong Hotel on the second night in Nantong. I mainly wanted to overlook the appearance of Nantong's central city from a high floor. The hotel is in a good location, with Metro Line 1 at the gate. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the staff is very enthusiastic. After showing us the room and being satisfied, we decided to arrange the room on the 47th floor. It is clean and tidy, with a wide view, and welcome fruits are provided. I saw a beautiful sunrise the next morning. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western styles, and I also like miso soup. There is a Chinese restaurant on the 50+ floor of the hotel, with a good view, but unfortunately all are private rooms. However, there is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and the business is surprisingly good. We had two meals in a row at the ”Big Island”. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are exquisite, the taste is authentic, and the price is affordable! As a star hotel, the Japanese restaurant is also an important part. I will choose Nantong Hotel next time I come to Nantong.

The location is considered to be a new city, 20 minutes drive from the central city, and the surrounding dining has to be opened 1-2 kilometers. The hotel facilities and environment are as always atour.

The last time I stayed at an intercontinental hotel with such a large garden was in Tahiti in the South Pacific! I didn’t expect that Nantong would give me such a big surprise! The room type I originally booked was already very large. Due to lung problems, I needed a room with better ventilation. They upgraded me directly to a suite. I was not impatient throughout the whole process. I have a really strong sense of service, whether it is the reception at the front desk or the executive floor and WeChat. The guest relations service staff focuses on being responsive to all requests, and the garden greening design is first-class. Although it is connected to the park next to it, the garden environment in the hotel is the best nearby. There is no need to go out at all, you can just take a walk or run in the morning! There was a small incident in the middle. The laundry department left ballpoint pen marks on my clothes. The hotel did not shirk its responsibility and asked me to send it back for reprocessing until I said that the new hotel had cleaned it for me! The only thing I don't like is that InterContinental manages the gym by a third party, and the facilities and ventilation environment are not up to the standards of a five-star hotel! But it does not affect their service! Thumbs up to all the hotel staff for a perfect four days of work and vacation!

The rooms in the State Guesthouse are relatively old, there is no swimming pool, no gym and other entertainment facilities, and the breakfast is also average. The only advantage is that it is in the scenic area, the environment is not bad, and there is Langshan next to it, which can be reached in ten minutes on foot.

It's a very good hotel. Since I have a lot of luggage, there is a beautiful Sister Miao who helps me carry my luggage as soon as I enter the door. The lady at the front desk is also gentle and beautiful. She really responds to my requests. I have breakfast, water and pillows. There were pillows, and I lost a key card when I checked out, but the front desk didn't blame me. It was so GOOD! ! ! Nantong's preferred hotel🏨
