非常糟糕！！！晚上關燈，發現衣櫥的燈帶關不掉，給前台打電話詢問，説這是房間的自身問題，就是關不掉，如果一定要關，就衹能拔電卡……但是拔了電卡，插頭就不通電了，半夜想開個燈也做不到了！真的第一次碰到不得不拔電卡才能睡覺的酒店！！！ 真的很無語，我在這個酒店住過二十多次了，第一次碰到這樣糟糕的情況，我説為什麼入住的時候不告訴我，前台説我們也不知道哪些房間有這樣的情況，聽起來非常理所當然，也沒有提到要給換個房間，體驗真的太差了！ 另外房間正對着電梯，晚上噪音也很大，電梯從一樓到八樓，每層樓的播報都聽的一清二楚😓 希望能好好處理一下這類有問題的房間吧，你這燈帶還不如不要放！

The room was very spacious and modern, the bed very soft, and everything was super clean. The WiFi wad fast. Water pressure and hot water was reasonable.

The hotel is newly opened. At first I thought I was walking through the back entrance. There was no one on the first floor. I had to find the check-in upstairs by myself. There was no clear signage. The front door of the main entrance was not very obvious. The room had some decoration smell. Overall, it was very good. Maybe it was due to the occupancy rate. The reason why it’s not high is that the staff remembered my name right away and I felt at home. I always thought Puxiang’s service was the best. Now I’ve found a place with better service than Pudong Shangri-La. Every employee is very polite. I feel itchy at night ( Not sure if it’s allergies to something on the bedding, mosquito bites, or something else.) The front office delivered the necessary items in a timely manner. If it wasn’t for the decoration smell, I would choose to stay here for a month and then come back after the decoration smell dissipates. I would recommend it to my friends. I often travel on business, and I gave myself a U-shaped pillow. When I checked in, I drank some wine because of entertainment. The lady at the front desk gave me a cup of honey water after she found out. The room is quiet, hygienic and clean. There are also disposable paper cups, so you can use it without worry. The small wontons for breakfast are delicious and disposable. I was full after eating two bowls hahaha
