每次來埔里都住今埔里，雖然飯店有點歷史，但各方面都表現不錯，舉凡服務，清潔，安靜，早餐都有4星級的水準，飯店離埔里魚市場很近，想要吃熱炒，燒烤，蒸餃應有盡有，值得一住。

外表看似還不錯的飯店，
結果一進到房間，
霉味甚重，開了空調吹了2~3小時
味道還是一樣無法消除，
房間家具及擺設都是偏舊款式的，
早餐是自助式的，
很多樣化選擇，但味道普通，
整體來說 就是普通的評分!

ㄧ進房間ㄧ股潮濕的黴味！馬上開冷氣除濕ㄧ下，櫃台有個女的年輕長髮服務員，我先生問他櫃台旁邊的景點有和你們一起活動優惠嗎～一直左顧右盼……不知道在看什麼～旁邊的同事都聽到了，還走向我們回答我們！她是不知道裝沒聽見還什麼！傍晚帶小孩去遊戲室，旁邊的ㄧ個有年紀的女清潔員還是什麼，一直重複鞋子放在外面，放外面！口氣讓人很不舒服！我們是第一次入住～沒有看到標示～好好說話很難嗎～而且飯店裡的人員都沒有什麼笑容！服務可能要加強！晚上房間靠路邊，車子經過聲音很大……
