Very interesting hotel, facing Sun Moon Lake, the hotel service is very good, the location is particularly good, next door is the lively old street, food, drink and entertainment are complete, also gave bicycle tickets, buy boat tickets also have discounts, the hotel is full of sincerity, see we have children, also helped to upgrade, very good!

The service in the hotel was great. There were children playing pool who had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the water level was very low when we went there. Otherwise, the first row with the lake view would be relaxing. It was great!

The staff service is good, the room is clean and the dinner is exquisite and delicious!! The chairs in the room are a little lower. It would be even better if they were higher up to see a more complete view of the lake.

Location-wise Richforest is almost perfect. I stayed at another hotel previously which is even better located, but for those who can pay a little more, this one is a lot more comfortable. Morning buffet breakfast can be a little crowded because Richforest also caters to the guests staying at the nearby sister hotel Lealea Garden Hotel. Richforest has no bicycle to rent but it gives vouchers for guests to use at a nearby kiosk for free. A morning ride is so refreshing! When booking a room, just beware that you should do it early and ask for a lake-facing room and not a carpark-facing room.
