酒店服務非常好，櫃檯職員親切友善，主動幫助人客，職員方面都十分專業，講解十分詳盡。早餐、晚餐食物一流，款式種類繁多，所以每天都吃到非常飽，餐廳亦有3至4間以上，給客人有多種選擇，就算待在這裏三四天都會覺得十興奮。另外由於這是渡假酒店，酒店安排早午晚都有很特別的節目給客人自由參加。所以這所度假酒店，令我有賓至如歸的感覺。

大廳單點費用也偏高選性不多 及蚊子很多
很多活動都需前一天預約 對第一次去的人不是很清楚 就都無法參加
面湖景色一級棒 房價2/3是它的功勞
