如果有負分，一定係負分 。
1. 整體的整潔乾淨度0分，床單污漬，窗簾發霉，屋頂發霉，空調壞掉，基本的衛生/設備條件酒店都沒有做好
2. Resort 是比普通飯店更多設施，例如游水，泳池水都浮着一層污糟的浮游物，常識是有客人來之前要處理好吧？

真的是帶著期待的心情去住的，結果先不說一進房間一股奇怪的味道撲鼻而來，看了一下房間，牆壁的壁紙都裂開了，晚上要睡覺時候發現被單上有紅色的污漬，真的不知道該說什麼了，總之，原本期待的有很大的落差
