1. The overall neatness and cleanliness are 0 points. The bed sheets are stained, the curtains are moldy, the roof is moldy, the air conditioner is broken, and the basic sanitary/equipment conditions of the hotel are not good.
2. Resort has more facilities than ordinary hotels, such as swimming pools. There is a layer of dirty floating matter floating in the swimming pool water. It is common sense to deal with it before guests come, right?
