$700 a night deserves more.
Lobby furniture filthy and needs to be replaced. Baseboards around hotel broken, dented, dirty.
Bathroom in room filthy- mold, cracking ceiling paint.
Inattentive front desk staff. Just a mess! This diamond in the rough needs major tlc.

Make sure to use dead bolt and chain on the door at night. I woke up at 5 am one morning to find our hotel room door wide open. The second night I happen to be up very late working and someone tried to enter the room again - thankfully I had used the deadbolt and chain. It must be someone with key card access because the doors lock automatically from the outside when shut. Otherwise the hotel was fine. The women at the front desk and lobby were great and very friendly.

Perfect 3 day vacation. Excellent location, walking distance to town and Jetties Beach. Cute, quaint and just what we expected. Would stay here again.
