I came with my fiancé and we both agreed this is a first class experience. The Hotel has a Beautiful patio & lounge. Friendly, helpful and attentive Management/Staff like LeighAnn and Mina. They were super attentive to our room service and made our experience above any expectations. Very conveniently close to restaurants and located in town.The hotel is a quick walk from the ferry. Cocktails at Sistership were awesome. We definitely will be coming back!

Location and setting (including patio) are amazing. Service is terrible. Room cleaning is only upon request (despite paying 460 dollars / night) and anything you ask feels like pulling teeth. Never seen housekeeping leave a pile of dirty towels behind when bringing fresh ones, nor taking away full trash bags waiting by the door. Didn't see 1 person smile the whole 5 days.

Don’t be fooled by Instagram or the bar/patio. The customer service is awful - for $1000 you can’t even get a bottle of water. You also have to request for room service to clean your room. Bathroom is small and the towels are paper thin. The location is great but that’s about it.

Second time staying here and will be back! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Love the courtyard for cocktails and the added bonus of a fantastic restaurant, Sister Ship, on property.

The rooms were not completely clean when we arriived. There was black soot on top of the duvet cover of the bed, dirty latex gloves in the bathroom. There was no water and there were no glasses for drinking. I texted them (according to the best way to get them to respond) to bring them up glasses and they never responded. The room was very warm and never cooled down even when we opened the windows. The window sills were filthy. I realize the hotel was overwhelemed with guests for stroll but they did not seem prepared.

Check in was fast and easy. Desk clerk walked me to my room and unlocked the door for me and made sure I was pleased with the room. Lights were on when we arrived at the room and room temp was perfect on a chilly night. Bathroom adequately stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand lotion. Bed was comfortable and building was quiet. I'd definitely stay again.
