The check-in was okay until I was asked proof of exit quarantine even though I arrived in China 2 months before. They told me there is a rule that you need a proof within 3 monthes. The staff was also embarrassed as they understood it was stupid, fortunately i had a picture of a paper I had in centralised quarantine and everyone was happy. A bit later they asked me twice for my passeport as my passport is special so I can't blame them so much. To apologize they offered me a big plate of fresh fruits, very nice gesture, not every hotel do that. Small gym,. swimming pool and the restaurant buffet is well furnished for a city like Nanyang. The hotel location is not in downtown tho. A good quick stay thanks to a capable and smart staff, who understood foreigners troubles in China, keep up the good work!

因為是帶家裡長者出行，首選的就是家庭房。家庭房有兩間，一間客廳裏都是孩子們玩的小帳篷，小滑梯，房間內貼滿了可愛的貼紙，一間房裡有一大一小兩張床。酒店很好找，環境不錯，有免費停車位，有早餐，酒店服務員還很貼心的送了兩袋泡腳用的艾草包，讓我們給長者泡泡腳。訂房的時候是包含雙人早餐的，後來酒店又贈送了一份早餐，很感謝

實事求是的説，看到上個評論，我也有點猶豫，住了才知道大大超出我的預期，位置超級好，就在經緯國際廣場裏，這位置都知道沒的説，入住太便捷了，兩部電梯直達，衞生一塵不染，服務周到熱情，有求必應，房間超大，佈局合理，設施很多，連棉簽也有，空調也是超級大，很滿意，下次來一定還要住！值得推薦！！！
