Located between Wolonggang and the government office area, near a commercial district, this 300-yuan apartment features a bathtub, sofa, balcony, smart home technology, separate bathroom and shower, and a courtyard view. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The cleanliness was good; the bed sheets had noticeable creases, indicating they were changed before my visit. Noise levels were acceptable, perhaps I'm not very sensitive, but the front desk provides free earplugs.

Come to Nanyang by car, parking here is convenient, the courtyard can be charged, and Sinopec is opposite the road. It is very close to Wolonggang and Han Painting Hall, and there are many places to eat nearby. The room is quiet and comfortable, the equipment is relatively new, the air conditioner is no noise, and the TV can be cast. Overall it is highly recommended!

The room is very large, with sofa, lounge chair, complete facilities, clean, bathroom dry and wet separation, fruit, afternoon tea, warm service, although not particularly rich in the morning, but it is OK, and there are porridge, buns, dishes, etc. at night, very good, I think the only bad thing is that the room has high and low steps. Although there are lights and lighting on the steps, it is still a bit unsafe at night. Finally, I mentioned that May Day actually costs more than 200 yuan, which is very cost-effective.

Every room was beautiful and had a large bathtub. Cleanliness: Very clean. The room was disinfected before check-in, and we were reminded to close the door to prevent mosquitoes. There were screens on all the windows. It's clear the owner is a bit of a clean freak; the attention to detail in cleaning was excellent. Courtyard: Lots of ambient lighting made it bright and beautiful at night. It was very comfortable to sit in the courtyard after dinner, chat, and have a drink. (Except for the abundance of mosquitoes.) Transportation: Very close to Wolonggang, with a supermarket right next door, very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces in the complex. The rooms are very spacious, spanning two floors. There are many functional rooms with amenities: a study, a mahjong room, a tea room, a minibar, and a dining room. It's best to stay with two or three friends. I heard they have rooms where you can sing karaoke, but the one we booked didn't. A very satisfying stay. Highly recommended.
