"The room service was very good. I took my child to the Nanyang First People's Hospital, so I chose to stay in this hotel close to the hospital. The service attitude was unexpectedly good. I planned to give the room lady a 100 tip to help wash two large bags of clothes, but the lady refused to accept it. She enthusiastically helped us wash, dry, fold and put the clothes in the laundry bag. It felt very heartwarming. A few days later, she helped us wash another large bag of clothes. This time I gave the lady 200, but she still refused to accept it. We Henan people are really honest! The buffet in the morning was also very good!"

The courtyard is spacious with bamboo groves and shaded paths, perfect for a pleasant stroll. I'd like to sincerely thank the support staff who helped us get our mattresses on the night of the 27th. We desperately needed a mattress, and this gentleman went to great lengths to coordinate and personally help us carry it, making the cold night feel so warm. I sincerely wish him happiness in his work and his family! I also wish Xing Shang Detached Villa Hotel continued success! We will definitely stay at this heartwarming and truly relaxing hotel again next time we visit!"
