I stayed one night with my wife. There were three outdoor baths, all private rooms, and only one was semi-open-air. I thought the semi-open-air outdoor bath would be competitive, but the indoor bath was so comfortable that I didn't have to use the outdoor bath. I'm sure other guests' rooms are already comfortable with indoor baths. The food was delicious both in the evening and in the morning. The main course of dinner, Yamagata beef, was especially delicious. I didn't think it had to be Yonezawa beef. I was indebted to two hotel employees, both of whom were polite and very pleasant. This ryokan is recommended.
