We loved our stay, the staff were lovely and the view from the bar upstairs is gorgeous . The area is very nice and it’s walkable to different cafes and restaurants in the Chiaia area. Marco the concierge was a great help and recommended a lovely restaurant and bar toe eat. We would definitely come back to Grand Parker’s hotel

The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

The included breakfast was ok, but due to the limited space, there was little choice. Furthermore a lot of plastic was used, e.g. for the cerials, jam, nutella, etc. The staff was really gentle and attentive, but but also sometimes still quite out of it, e.g. for arranging the breakfast they were most of the times a little late. As the B&B is located north of Sanità, the walk to heart of the city takes quite a while, but is manageable. A bus station (takes you to the center in a couple of minutes), a public paid parking and also supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Last but not least, the WIFI is working good. All in all we had a really a good time and we would definitely stay at Di Palma Suite Museum again.

Roberta, the owner, is fabulous and super helpful. The location is wonderful, just 1 minute from ”Museo” metro station and a 5 minute walk to the old Greek area around Piazza Bellini with it's many bars and restaurants. My room had a balcony and a stunning view onto Via Cavour and the Museo Archeologico. A dream to wake up to every morning! Coffee is provided on tap in the communal kitchen and lounge area and a fridge for all of the guests to use. The supermarket is directly beside the guesthouse for stock of up of foods and wines. Napoli is a wonderful city and A Casa di Nina is THE perfect place to stay. Local, real, spacious, clean with comfy beds and a great shower. I will 100% be back! Grazie mille Roberta. A presto! We stayed at Diego's accommodation for seven nights and can heartily recommend it. Five stars are not enough to adequately rate this incomparable B&B! Working in the hotel industry myself, I am certainly a rather demanding guest; however, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded! Rarely have we experienced such a nice, caring and helpful host. But not only that, the accommodation itself is absolutely unique. You can tell that a lot of heart and soul has been put into it - everything has been thought of. Our room was beautiful, bright and cozy. In addition, it looked like new and was very modern (top air conditioning available). The room and the entire accommodation was always absolutely clean. Although the B&B is in a prime location (the nearest metro station is only a few minutes walk away and everything in the city is also easily doable on foot), we heard nothing of the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was also delicious every day! Thank you Diego for this unforgettable and perfect stay in bella Napoli and your very helpful tips! I very much enjoyed my time in Napoli, and Gianni's hospitality and his lovely BnB were a huge part of this. The BnB is ideally located with close access to a Metro station, and within walking distance of the historic centre. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, with a very modern and well-fitted bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi and internet speed was excellent, which was important for me as I had a one-off work video call (90mbs or thereabouts and around 20-30mbs upload speed! fantastic!). Breakfast included a choice of homemade Italian cakes, which were very yummy. Gianni doesn't just treat his BnB as a business - it is clear to me that he loves his city so much that he genuinely cares about his guests having the best experience in Napoli. I felt very much taken care of while there, and his advice about where to get the best pizza fritte and sfogliatella was extremely important. :-) The next time I stay in Napoli it is impossible for me to consider staying anywhere else!

I am mixed on this hotel. I think it is OK as a crash pad but we had some difficulties with the service. I booked the hotel through the HotelTonight website. It stated that checkin is available until midnight. Upon arrival, we could not access the interior. The call box was broken and nobody answered when I called the phone number. I had to call HotelTonight and it took a little bit for the proprietor to contact us and let us in. Naples does not have the safest feel when you're stuck outside late at night. Once we were able to access the interior, we made it to where the rooms were located. There was an envelope with the name of the room we were told to take. It included the key and some instructions. The room itself was acceptable. Nothing too fancy but also not a total dump. Not the type of place I'd want to stay for multiple nights, but we needed somewhere for the one night before heading to the Amalfi coast. There was a bed, small desk, and decent bathroom. To be fair to the hotel, the location felt different and safer in the daylight hours. It was close to a number of public transportation stops and seemed to be fairly convenient. I was able to get to the train station to pick up my rental car very quickly. Bottom line... OK place for a no frills room. Not where I'd stay for a longer stay in Naples.
