Il B&B si trova in una posizione veramente strategica, a pochi passi dal centro storico e da San Gregorio Armeno. Il personale è davvero gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Fortuna ci ha subito accolte nel migliore dei modi e ci ha consigliato le principali cose da vedere a Napoli. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Everything was fine ,the room was clean , comfortable and cute. The location was ideal as it was near many markets , pizzerias an the road wasn't particularly crowded. We had a little problem with the shower water but it was solved emediately. Fortuna was very polite,friendly and willing to help us during day and night .

It's a great place, with a geart location an great facilities, spacious room for a good price, and most importantly great hosts. Fortuna welcomed us and was very kind and caring during our stay, from the very beginning until the last minute. Offered us great help and support. We even could make the best private tour to Amalfi coast, using her recommendation. I highly recommend this place, it has everything a family like us could want!

Spacious, clean and comfortable room in a great location. This is more like a b&b than a hotel, and Fortuna was friendly, helpful and great to do deal with. Location is good; about a 15 minute walk to Napoli centrale train station, close to via tribunales, and lots of shops and restaurants. Despite being on a main Street, the shutters were very effective at blocking out street noise.

Situato in una zona traficatissima, incasinatissima e un po’ pericolosa del Centro di Napoli, il B&B Caracciolo 109 è in realtà ESSENZIALE per poter girare la città. Vicino a tram e metro (basta passare nella piccola via attigua, a sinistra, arrivare in cima, spuntare via Duomo, percorrerla a destra fino in fondo per essere a Piazza Garibaldi e trovare i mezzi che occorrono per spostarsi), pulitissimo, carino, piccolo, ma dotato di tutto quello che serve (postazione Internet con wi/fi e password disponibili, macchina del caffè nel corridoio TV led con connessione). Fortuna, la ragazza che mi ha accolta, è stata gentilissima, mi ha subito dato la cartina della città e fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Il B&B è convenzionato con una pasticceria proprio di fronte, IL CAPRICCIO, che offre paste (indimenticabili, ve le sognerete anche la note!!!!!!), per la colazione: si possono prendere una pasta ed un caffè, ma integrando il prezzo anche altro. Ho pagato con assegno, mi è stato accettato, ma il pagamento con bancomat è preferito. Io ci torno, di sicuro!!!!!!! GRAZIE FORTUNA! UN SALUTO A TUTTI!

Gentile, ospitale e premurosa la proprietaria. Camera pulita e ben arredata, bagno in ordine. Unica nota dolente non è un B&b, meglio definirlo affittacamere, nel quale lungo il corridoio centrale la proprietaria mette gentilmente a disposizione macchinetta per il caffè con capsule, tovaglioli, bollitore, bustine del the, zucchero e tutto l'occorrente per una colazione come a casa propria, non come una colazione da b&b. Punto di forza è in una posizione centralissima, in pochi passi si raggiungono la stazione centrale o San Gregorio Armeno, punti dai quali si può girare Napoli facilmente a piedi oppure in metro.

Séjour de 4 nuits en famille avec nos 2 enfants de 12 et 15 ans. La chambre est très bien. La literie confortable, relativement calme (nous sommes dans Naples mais ça reste largement supportable!). Fortuna, la propriétaire est adorable. Tous les jours un petit message gentil, de bons conseils. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour et elle nous a trouvé un transport pour l’aéroport. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café juste à côté. Un peu répétitif tout de même (croissants…). Mais l’Italie n’est pas réputée pour les p’tits déjeuner. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite! A 10mn a pieds de la gare et à moins de 10mn du centro storico. J’y retournerais les yeux fermés. Je recommande.

Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo..Fortuna e Gennaro ci hanno accolto come fossimo di famiglia..ogni giorno tramite wattsapp ci chiedevano se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa...Gennaro ci ha aiutato a parcheggiare sotto casa altrimenti avremmo messo la macchina in un garage a pagamento...stanza spaziosa e pulita..unico neo il rumore del traffico che gli infissi non riescono ad isolare completamente..ma noi eravamo così stanchi che abbiamo dormito ugualmente..a disposizione the caffe da fare comodamente alla reception...ci torneremmo volentieri...consigliato...

Quite spacious room, comfortable and clean B&B. The staff was friendly and helpful. Terrible internet speed. Close to the train station but I didn't like the neighbourhood especially after it got dark.
