If you really want to visit Naples historic center, this place is great to stay. The breakfast was good, we loved the capuccino. The facilities were clean and quiet, which was great for me as I needed to work from there. Also it is right at the center, so you can visit most places by foot.

Everything was really nice. The apartment is clean, looks very decent and the bed is very comfortable. Cons: bathroom is not within room and you have to go outside the room, but you have your own bathroom.

The accommodation is well located. Despite saying that it has a private bathroom, it was located outside the room and quite far away, an aspect that should have been communicated in advance... The accommodation says that it has breakfast, but it is served in a cafe (we also only found out about this fact after we arrived). The family room is small for 4 people and the single beds are uncomfortable. Furthermore, there was always good communication with management via WhatsApp).

Checking in was problem-free and the facility is clean. The breakfast is really just a croissant and a cappuccino, but that was OK. Right around the corner is a trendy district with nice bars.

우리는 나폴리에 잠시 머무는 목적으로 이 숙소를 예약했는데 정말 좋은 선택이었다. 에어비앤비는 매우 깔끔하고 개인 욕실도 있었다. bar pisa의 조식은 조금 아쉬웠지만 그래도 나름 봐줄만 했다.

Very clean, modern B&B. Places of interest very walkable. Metro station over the road. Good communication from the owners.

Comfortable bed and very clean and tidy bathroom. Lots of noise from the street but to be expected in a place like Naples so not a detractor of the place at all.

Overall not bad, but I can confirm this after changing rooms since in the first one we were assigned there was a terrible smell of stinky socks, perhaps due to previous guests... Once we arrive in the second room, ''clean'' and not smelly, I decide to take a hot shower and guess what? My grandmother supplied me with a set of towels (which wasn't a set since they were different from each other and of different colours) among other things, these were also smelly since they were certainly washed and not dried well so I decided to dry myself with the phon . Clean sheets yes, but not white and pure as in the photo. There was also a hot water kettle available and included inside, limestone, and English tea bags. The owner also specified that the second room was a sort of deluxe room (and thank goodness) that it had a price difference compared to the first. Honestly, the lady didn't give us any extra credit and allowed us to leave our luggage in the room all day All in all it's ok, but we need to improve on many aspects. Especially about cleaning…

The room is big and clean. It is located on one of the main roads in the city, in front of the train and 5 minutes from the archaeological museum.

We were poorly received, we were given the keys which did not correspond to the room provided... we slept one night and in the morning we started our visits and we had to return to the hotel to change rooms, we doesn't speak Italian or English... Also at the Pisa bar the lady was not helpful, they don't understand anything. We were poorly placed on the sidewalk. The person in charge didn't even come. The French are not appreciated in Napoli, we visited as much as possible and never returned. For the cleanliness of the room it was OK. Not knowing English, we were poorly received in Naples... I won't have good memories of it. Fortunately all the rest of our visits were more pleasant.

I am very satisfied with my experience at this B&B. The location is excellent for visiting the entire historic center on foot. The rooms are new and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast can be chosen the day before and is very varied. Ornella is an extremely helpful and friendly girl. We will definitely be back!
