I have to say that Barbara was just amazing , went above and beyond , I had a medical emergency and she took call very late night and coordinated the transport for us . Very good service and appreciate her . Also the place is well located nice and clean , roomy

A terrific option if you want to stay near the port and castle and within easy walking distance of the Metro and Ferries. Spotlessly clean with attentive and informative staff.

We zijn hier een week gebleven. Goed bereikbaar vanaf luchthaven met Ali-bus ( uitstappen bij haven en dan 5 min lopen) voor €5 per persoon. De B&B zit op de 6de etage, de eerste keer moet je 10 eurocent in lift stoppen zodat hij je naar betreffende etage brengt. Daarna kregen we een sleutel hiervoor. Zeer vriendelijke mensen, werden ivm Corona op temperatuur en green pass gecheckt. Kamers zeer mooi en ook netjes onderhouden, elke dag schoonmaak. We hadden geprinte entree bewijzen nodig ( volgens website van Sansevero ) , hebben ze uitgeprint voor ons en op kamer gelegd. Je hoefde maar iets te vragen en ze regelen het voor je. We vertrokken s ochtends heel vroeg, dan leg je sleutel op bureau , neemt 10 eurocent uit potje om de lift de laatste keer te bedienen. Het is ons heel goed bevallen! Top.

Αν χρησιμοποιήσετε τα πλοία για μεταφορές, τότε το ξενοδοχείο είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, απέναντι απο το λιμάνι. Ήταν αρκετά καθαρά, υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά υγρασίας/μούχλας. Το ντούζ αρκετά στενό, δεν παρέχεται μαλακτικό μαλλιών αλλα παρέχεται σαμπουάν. Να έχετε μαζί σας 10σεντς για τη χρήση του ανελκυστήρα.

Ottimo posto strategico con un bellissimo panorama...l'unica piccola pecca i 3 motori del condizionatore proprio uscendo dal balcone, emanavano aria bollente...e la colazione in un bar vicino un po misera mi aspettavo un banchetto più accogliente visto che sul sito c'era scritto tipoca colazione con delizie locali. Per il resto camera pulita e staff molto gentile

Decepcionante. En expedía se indicaba que tenía cafetería, lavandería y servicio de lavandería y en realidad no tenía nada de eso. Cuando pregunte por esos servicios me dijeron “ hay varias cafeterías por la zona” “ hay un par de lavanderías cerca”” no tenemos lavadora”. Adicionalmente yo busque por distrito chiaia porque es más tranquilo y en realidad está justo en el puerto en una zona nada amigable, con ruido, desorden. Sucia . Está en un edificio antiguo y hay varios B&b y el ascensor es muy lento. Si bien la
Habitación estaba limpia y renovada, es más un air bnb y no un B&B pero cobran como B&b. Deberían ser más transparentes con lo que ofrecen

No es un hotel. No pudimos ducharnos porque se inundó. No hacen mantenimiento. Desayuno pésimo. Atención? Yo diría abandono. Son de cuarta. La dueña Bárbara una sinverguenza que ofrece resolver al día siguiente el tema de no poder usar el baño. No entiendo como es que otros viajeros no son sinceros y opinan con la verdad. Esto es un lugar de cuarta y encima carísimo
