Tra i tanti punti di forza di questa struttura incomincio con due: camere moderne e spaziose arredate con grande cura dei dettagli e fornite di ogni servizio, pulizia impeccabile; il secondo, una cura del cliente in tutti i dettagli possibili: dal set di cortesia nei bagni, alla decorazione degli ambienti comuni, alla premura e organizzazione della reception virtuale alle persone in loco, gentilissime! A Pasqua in ogni stanza c’era una sorpresa con un biglietto d’auguri e pastiera e colomba freschissime nella hall. Nulla da invidiare a un hotel di lusso, con in più il fatto di sentirsi a casa. Tornerò sicuramente al De Pretis

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti in corrispondenza di capodanno. Le belle camere si trovano in un palazzo storico in una bella zona di Napoli e poco distante dalla metro Università. Il personale è cortese e sono stati così gentili da offrirci anche un piccolo omaggio e lo spumante per capodanno. La colazione è servita in un bar sottostante. Nella hall vi è inoltre una piccola area relax per prepararsi tè e tisane. Dalla stazione Garibaldi sono due fermate della metro mentre San Gregorio Armeno sono circa 10/15 minuti a piedi. Le altre principali attrazioni sono comunque vicine, ad esempio il teatro San Carlo distano circa 15 minuti a piedi. Non posso che consigliare questo hotel se volete come noi visitare questa bella città.

Ho alloggiato per una notte in questa struttura, sono stati di una disponibilità infinita ! Camera pulita, con tutti i confort necessari, anche un balconcino super carino … Staff molto disponibile e gentile, mi hanno illustrato tutti i luoghi da visitare e i ristorante più buoni. Sicuramente tornerò ad alloggiare in questa struttura! 10 e lode !

Ottimo compromesso. Buona posizione, tra il porto ed il centro di Napoli. Struttura posta all'interno di un Palazzo, con camere pulite. Staff cortese, assistenza a distanza. Unico neo che non fa raggiungere il massimo punteggio: camere poco insonorizzate. Aspetto importante che pregiudica un po' il riposo.

Very clean safe property in a great location in Naples! The area surrounding was noisy but that’s pretty much all of Naples. Ha! Hotel was very clean and updated. Would recommend
